In the self-declaration part of RRB NTPC admit card, candidates are required to write a paragraph saying that the details they have entered in the application form are correct and complete. They should not write the self-declaration in capital letters. Likewise, blank spaces are also provided for signature and left thumb impression. The official notification reads, "Candidates should leave blank spaces provided in the downloaded e-Call letter for writing self-declaration paragraph (as the paragraph will be displayed on the screen during CBT), signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI) unfilled while coming for the exam." Candidates are required to write the paragraph of self-declaration, sign and affix the left thumb impression at the exam venue in the presence of the invigilator at the exam hall only. After this, they have to hand over the admit card to the invigilator.

RRBs activated the RRB Group D application form forgot registration number link for CBT. If candidates forgets their registration numbers, can retrieve them through the link activated by RRBs. RRB NTPC Undergraduate admit card 2025 for CBT 1 was released from August 4, 2025.  The admit card was released four days before the exam. RRB Group D selection process comprises CBT, PET/PST, document verification and medical exam. The transgender candidates are given relaxation in the PET. CCAAs trained in railway establishment are given due weightage of marks obtained in their NCVT exam in preparation of final merit list after the conduct of CBT.  After that, you need to put your name, date of birth, and father's name as per the application. This system will fetch the registration number by email or by SMS linked to your profile. Alternatively, you also check the application confirmation mail or SMS for the same number.

RRB NTPC Typing Test is conducted for Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Senior Clerk, and Senior Time Keeper post. Candidates are given to type certain words in Hindi or English. This test is qualifying in nature.
