The Tier 2 cut off for the SSC CGL 2025-26 exam will be released at ssc.gov.in along with the result. Also, it will be issued category and post-wise for the exam that was held on January 18 and 19.

The SSC CGL cut off 2025-26 for Tier 2 is expected to be released in March 2026 along wit the final result for Tier 2. The Tier 2 exam was conducted on January 18-19, 2026. It will be released category and post-wise cutoff PDF. It will be released on the official portal at ssc.gov.in.

No. The Tier 1 marks for the SSC CGL are not used in the preparation of the final merit list. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates are shortlisted for Tier 2 exam. However, the final selection and ranking is based on the marks obtained in the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam.

Yes, there is a negative marking in the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam. Candidates need to complete the exam in one hour. 0.50 marks are deducted for each correct answer. Total number of questions asked are 100 and marks provided to each answer is 2 marks. Therefore, total marks are 200.
