SSC CGL Age Limit 2025: The Combined Graduate Level is a yearly affair, and the Staff Selection Commission will mention the SSC CGL post-wise age limit and age relaxations for each category in the official notification. The Commission will release the SSC CGL notification 2025 on June 9, 2025. The candidates should note that Staff Selection Commission will mention all the SSC CGL 2025 age limits and relaxations in the official SSC CGL notification 2025. The age limit is an important component of the SSC CGL application form because there are different age limit associated with different posts. SSC Age limit for General, OBC, SC/ST And Other Categories

SSC provides relaxation to upper age limit to the candidates belonging to certain reserved categories. The relaxation to the upper age limit differs from category to category in the following manner:

For Group ‘B’ Gazetted posts, age relaxation up to a maximum of 5 years in the case of ex-servicemen including Commissioned Officers and ECOs/ SSCOs who have rendered at least 5 years of Military Service as on the closing date of receipt of applications and have been released:

1. On completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year from the closing date of receipt of applications otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency; or
2. On account of physical disability attributable to Military Service; or
3. On invalidment.
