The advance city intimation slip inform candidates in advance about the exam city so that candidates can make the travel arrangements accordingly. What to Do In Case of Discrepancy in UGC NET Admit Card?
In case, a candidate is not able to download his/her admit card or there is any discrepancy in the particulars given on the admit card, s/he should call the following helpline number of the NTA - 011-40759000. Candidates can call on these numbers on working days from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
In case of any error on the UGC NET admit card, the official website of the exam informs, “In such cases, candidates would appear in the examination with the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make corrections in the record later.”

Yes. The NTA is conducting the re-exam for three subjects on September 9 and 10. The UGC NET re-exam schedule is provided below:
English: September 9, 2026 Shift 1 - 9 AM to 12 Noon
