GGSIPU CUET Subject Mapping 2026: Candidates applying for admission to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) through CUET must select subjects based on their preferred programme and university guidelines in the online registration form. CUET UG 2026 includes 13 languages, 23 CUET domain subjects, and a general aptitude test. GGSIPU offers different undergraduate courses through the Common University Entrance Test (UG), including B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BJMC, B.Tech., and BOT. CUET UG Subjects 2026

Candidates seeking admission to UG courses through CUET exam need to select up to five subjects [one compulsory language, three or four domain subjects, and a general aptitude test (if required)]. To participate in the CUET admission process, candidates have to begin by submitting the CUET UG Application Form. In the online form, candidates have to fill out the test subjects they want to take the CUET UG exam for. While selecting the exam subjects, candidates have to ensure they follow the CUET UG subject mapping guidelines. Below are those important points:

Common University Entrance Test/ CUET UG is an entrance exam. It is conducted for admission to UG programs offered by various central, state, private and deemed universities. Candidates willing to take admission to undergraduation programme in streams like Science, Humanities, Commerce, Law and Management must appear for CUET UG exam when conducted.

This entrance examination assesses candidates at various levels: Language, domain knowledge and general aptitude. CUET UG is conducted annually in computer based mode. CUET UG scores are accepted by more than 300 universities across India. 

Q:   How can I check my CUET exam centre?
A: 

Candidates can check the CUET 2026 allotted exam centre upon release of CUET intimation slip and CUET admit card. Only candidates who will fill the CUET application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the intimation slip for CUET exam. The name of exam centre will be mentioned on the intimation alip in advance to help candidates make preparations accordingly. The CUET 2026 admit card is expected to release three to four days prior to the day of examination in online mode. Candidates will be able to check the following details on the release of CUET 2026 admit card:

  1. Name of the candidate
  2. Registration number
  3. Category
  4. Location
  5. Date of exam
  6. Time of exam
  7. Exam centre name & address
  8. Photograph

Candidates must note that the CUET exam centre once allotted, no request for change in exam centre will be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to carefully enter the exam centre preference while filling the CUET 2026 application form.

Q:   What is the CUET exam duration for each subject?

As per CUET exam pattern, the subjects are divided into three sections as:

Section I- Languages 

Section II- Domain Subject

Section III- General Test

Candidates will get 60 minutes for each subject. Candidates will not be given extra time.

Q:   When should I reach the CUET exam centre?
A: 

Candidates must reach alloted CUET exam centre two hours before mentioned exam time. Candidates must complete verification process and take their seats immediately after the opening of examination hall. If the candidates does not report at alloted CUET exam centre on time due to traffic, delay in transport, important instructions to appear for the exam can be missed.

Q:   When will CUET DU CSAS portal open?

DU CSAS portal was activated at ugadmission.uod.ac.in in the last week of June.  The DU Phase 1 Registrations were started within this same month and Phase 2 registration started in July. The last date to fill the DU UG 2026 applications was scheduled in second week of July.

Q:   What is the medium of CUET UG?
A: 

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG is conducted Assamese, Bengali,  English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi,  Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu languages. Candidates must note that the selection of medium will be restricted to state/UTs. Refer the table below to know the mediums restricte to respective state/UTs:

Q:   How is CUET exam centre allocated?
A: 

CUET exam centre is allocated on the basis of the preferences entered by the candidate while filling the CUET application form. NTA allocates an exam centre as per the preference entered and is subject to availability and logistical considerations.

While filling the CUET application form, candidates can select four cities of their choice. Choice of CUET exam centre cities will be limited to the State of permanent address or State of present address only. In case there are very few candidates from a city, the NTA reserves the right to merge one, two, or more cities.

CUET 2026 exam was held till June 6 ,2026 in computer based mode over a month window. The exam will be held across more than 300 exam cities in India. Candidates will be able to know the alloted exam centre on issuance of CUET intimation slip or CUET admit card.

Q:   Are the DU CUET UG Admissions 2026 Started?
A: 

Yes, the Delhi University has activated their CSAS portal. The candidates can apply for the desired courses.The last date for the application will be notified soon.

No, CUET is not compulsory for admission in BA at Amity University Online. Candidates can apply directly through the Amity University Online admissions portal and do not need to take the CUET or any other entrance exam for this online degree.

No college in the MP Epravesh offers BCA course. The courses offered under the MP Epravesh required their own score for admission purposes. 

The MP Epravesh will provide admission to the state colleges which do not take admissions through CUET UG exam.

NO, CUET is not required to get admission in BA at Oriental University. The university accepts CUET (UG) scores, admissions to the standard BA programmes are primarily merit-based. To be eligible for admission, applicants should have passed Class 12 with at least 40% aggregate score.
