For 2024, cut off was 2545 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering in IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 6650 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Unless the candidate belongs to some other category, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology.

IIT Bombay offers BTech course in different specialisations and as an integrated programme. Its fee structure is cumulative of various components, such as tuition fees, caution money, and more. Students who get a seat allocated in the counselling have to pay the required fee amount. IIT Bombay BTech tuition fees range from INR 8 Lacs to INR 10 lakh. This range is inclusive of tuition fees for the integrated programme.
