Great infrastructure with a proper library... Best place to enhance yourself.

Placements: Upto 25% got placements if any institution visits the university; otherwise, generally, there are no placements. If you have connections in that particular field, you can join by yourself through your connections. Summer internships are provided by the university every year. If you have good fluency, you will get up to 4-5 lakh pa on average as a fresher. Obviously, you have to find jobs individually.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, obviously, as in Jamia Millia Islamia. You will get every facility that should be provided in a central university: sports, medical, games, and canteen facilities are all good enough. The hostel accommodation percentage is low; otherwise, the hostel facility is also good if you get any hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are very polite and understanding. They guide us in every perspective. They are properly qualified and knowledgeable. Sessional tests happen properly from time to time, and the semester exam is moderate, but you have to put in all your efforts to cover the syllabus on time.

Other: Fests happen from time to time; there is no problem with fests. The campus crowd is booming. You can do extracurricular activities according to your choice; facilities are available. The best thing about my course is that the teacher is a native of Spain, so you can connect with proper pronunciation.

Placements: Campus placement is available in Jamia through the university placement cell. Our placement cell coordinator is Dr. Rahela Farooqui, and our department placement coordinator is Mr. Rijvan. Many companies come to the campus for hiring, like Amazon, Skuda, and Concentrix.

Infrastructure: Everything is fine; the college infrastructure is unmatched compared to other central universities. New architectural designs are used in our hostels as well as department buildings. Lifts are also available in some buildings, like Mohibul Hasan Block, Faculty of Law, and the new boys' hostel.

Faculty: Exams are tougher than at any other central universities, but our syllabus is well designed for bachelor students. We are really happy to see our curriculum and syllabus for the semester, and there is also a big gap between two exams, so we have a lot of time for preparation.

Other: The professors of our department are very supportive.

Good infrastructure, facilities, faculty, and also the students

Placements: Nobody was placed in any company because some students wanted to do post-graduation, and some wanted to change their field to another course. Also, the 2024 batch was the pilot batch of our course, and Amazon was the only company that came for placements. Nobody got any internships, but one or two students got job offers (off-campus) because their Spanish is really good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the department is pretty good. Our classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and we have 24-hour Wi-Fi availability, along with a huge library with many books. We have free medical facilities at Jamia Hospital and a big sports complex with a cricket and football stadium, basketball and lawn tennis courts, and a gym facility for players. In the hostel, the quality of the food is really good compared to other university hostels, and all the facilities provided here are nice.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified in their specializations. They have good knowledge of their subjects and are available to help students at any time when they face problems. By pursuing this course, you have enough potential to go to companies if you work really hard. The difficulty of the exam is not very high if you are well-prepared, and the passing percentage of the course is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because the demand for the Spanish language in the market is high, and of course, to get a job easily. Many events happen on campus, like last year’s event "LingloMela 2k24," and several other events were held at the university.
