Great Platform To Expose Your Talent.
Placements: 80% of students placed in this course. The highest - 6,00,000 and the lowest package - 1,50,000 and the average package is 4,50,000 per annum. Amazon, Home Shop18, 9XM, ScoopWhoop, and many more. 70 per cent of students got internships in the above-mentioned companies. Anchors, Camera Persons, PRO, Copywriters, Media Planners, Advertisement campaign creators, Content writers, etc.
Infrastructure: All kinds of amenities and facilities with proper equipment are there. Wi-Fi, Proper library, PC systems, Smart Class, Projectors, and CCTV cameras, etc. Hostels are well infrastructure, good to live, food quality is good too and mess is hygiene maintained, medical facilities are 24*7, and enough sports & games for entertainment and relaxation.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable enough. Teaching quality is up to the mark. The course is absolutely curriculum relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy for those who pay attention and tough for those who don't take classes seriously. The passing percentage are 60%.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have keen interest in Journalism and public speaking. More practical classes would be great to start. The university organises a lot of events and fest that boom students' enthusiasm and creativity.

I am dissatisfied because of the course structure.
Placements: I won't recommend this college for education. They need to work on hiring faculty members. We were not even taught about radio being in journalism. There are no proper cameras. There is a lot of politics on campus, and they don't provide any placements. If you want better education, then I suggest opting for other colleges.
Infrastructure: It is not a good college. Hostels are worthless in LPU. They serve good food in the first week, but later, it is the worst. Security guards on the campus also do politics with you if you are not a Punjabi.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college have improved in 2020. I wish I could have taken my admission later. The new HOD is good. The BJMC department needs to improve a lot. All the good faculty members resigned in 2018. We were not taught according to the course structure.

I suggest you join this college because it provides a lot of exposure and opportunities.
Placements: Placements in our college are not so good. You have to find placements on your own. About 99% of the students find a job on their own, and some are still unemployed. The problem here was companies do not visit our college for this field placements.
Infrastructure: The campus is super and beautiful. LPU is one of the most mega universities in India. The hostel rooms are hygienic and huge. Food served in the mess is very bad.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were very helpful and supportive. The course curriculum was extraordinary because I think the students of our branch are very creative and front minded. You will see the famed students from the journalism department.
Other: The campus is the only thing, which makes LPU the best in the town. The campus life is not less than any foreign lifestyle.

A perfect university for media studies.
Placements: There were number of companies which visited in our campus and number of students got placed into some top brands too. Most of the registered students got placed and ample companies for print media, digital media and electronic media were invited in the campus.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi for every student. All the major departments has their own library while there is one central library too. Great hostel facilities with mess options available in the university campus only. All the classes are equipped with Air conditioners.
Faculty: Ample resources and great study material included in the curriculum. The faculty members teach through PPTs and live examples. Cameras, audio editing labs and video editing labs are also available in the campus for the media and mass communication students .
Other: Great fests are being organized for the students to showcase the skills.

Best college life you can experience here, placements are nice too.
Placements: Journalism placements are not that good whereas MBA and B.Tech placements are nice. No use of doing journalism from here, if you really want a career in journalism and mass communication. Go for other courses in this college but not journalism. College ambiance is nice though.
Infrastructure: Awesome infrastructure, its a small world in itself, you have everything inside the campus itself the best food joints, kiosks, mall, go karting balling, and even Dominos? Hostel rooms are very nice, even classes are good too, central library is the place you could pass whole day in.
Faculty: Faculty members are well educated and nice, course curriculum is good too but the course teachers are changed very rapidly at least what we experienced at our time. Teachers are very much helpful and knowledgeable, the student-faculty ratio is around 1teacher:70 students.

Great liberty, Great opportunities !
Placements: Block - 32, the whole of the 8 floors are dedicated 18 hours a day for placements. The placements happen in LPU throughout the year, as companies keep on visiting. Moreover, the highest placement of LPU is 27 Lacs per annum. Here, the minimum internships offered are 10 thousands and no student opt for less than that. There is a special impact of core streams such as management, engineering, nursing, hospitality, biotech and design, moreover very rare from the rest go for placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities are all available as in the city or town. If things are not available in campus, there is phagwara and Jalandhar city nearby from where you will get everything. In hostels, everything is perfect, if something goes wrong you can contact warden and they help you out. Campus images and other details can be obtained from www.lpu.in.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. Some are from industry level teachings, where rest are having a good teaching experience. The curriculum is useful in order to get a good job, but is limited due to the fact that it is very precise and constrained. The quality of teaching is although nice, some teacher may even spoon feed you on the other hand some may only narrate the PPT's in front of the class.
Other: There are many social and cultural clubs such as NSS, NCC ( being a part of central government ) and DYC, DSW ( being an elite part of university ) and other student runned organizations which one can join for co-curriculars.

Life of a student in lovely professional university.
Placements: The placements were really fantastic and mind blowing in my batch more than 90% students got placed and still counting and almost all of my seniors were placed in reputated companies and some of them were placed in MNC's. The highest package was around 3.6 Lacs per annum and the lowest package was around 1.2 Lacs per annum. There are so many companies visited the campus like Amazon India, Zee news, NDTV good times and many more startups also came there for placements. They provided many roles like marketing executive, marketing manager, reporter, content writing, Cinematography, photography and many more. Every student get internship by there own college does't provide internships. The stipend was around 5-6k rs per month. Yes there is a placement cell but it is not up to the mark.
Infrastructure: Every facility mentioned below is provided at a very good scale. (e. g. Wi-Fi, Labs, classrooms, Library, Medical Facilities, Sports and games etc. ). The quality of labs and classrooms are very good and really appreciated but the food quality is not good in hostel mess but you can choose the hostel canteen. There are so many varieties in room and all of them are too good and I didn't feel any issue in infrastructure.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and well qualified the teaching quality was really good they have used many teaching methods like presentations and verbal talks the student to Faculty ratio is 60 ratio 1 and I get a industry exposure the course curriculum was really useful and it was up to the mark.
Other: This university is full of event fest campus crowd connectivity campus surrounding scholarship and extra curricular activities all of them were too good and my campus life was fabulous enjoyed there.

In my view my college is not good they are just playing with the future of the students.
Placements: The placements in this university are quite good, but in the journalism department is low. The faculty members are also not so good, neither the equipment is available. There is a placement cell in the university but they focus less on this department, so it is less useful for us.
Infrastructure: It the only thing which you will find here. The infrastructure of this college is very good and well-designed. There is an availability of classes and library. For extra or co-curricular activities there is a division of student welfare which provides of activities.
Faculty: Look when it comes to faculty in the journalism department, it is worse. The teaching quality is very poor. They mostly focus on theoretical knowledge rather than practical knowledge. We never get any industry exposure. In my view, the course curriculum is not useful.
Other: This university organises plenty of events fests and scholarships.

Possibly yes. Admission eligibility at Lovely Professional University basically depends on the particular course you’re applying for. For example, some programs, like B.A., B.Com., certain B.Sc. tracks and even some diploma courses, may consider students with around 45–50% marks in Class 12. But whe

Yes, in a lot of cases you can still go ahead and apply for admission at Lovely Professional University, even if your compartment result is likely to arrive around mid August. As long as the admissions for that particular program are still actually open and seats are still there, they may accept you
