Truth/Reality of MCA VIT Vellore.
Placements: For my course MCA students become eligible for job and internship 2nd year onwards. Total 40 companies come but only 13-14 companies genuinely turned up for online assessment and interview; the rest of them either preferred M.Tech students or did not turn up. The highest package offered by PhonePe was 34 lacs/year and the lowest was 4 lacs/year from Prayuha Private Limited. Internship stipend range started from 15,000 Rs/month.
Infrastructure: You need to walk a long distance on campus itself as vehicles are not allowed on campus. The worst thing about PDA is that guys and girls cannot talk on campus. There is a fine for not wearing an ID card, breaking silly rules, and roaming late at night on campus. The new architecture building is too hot to survive. The best things are the library, classroom, Wi-Fi, and WLAN for laptops. The hostel is 2 km from the campus, with a total of 26 hostels. Hostel security is very tight; you cannot have fun. Hostel fees are 1.5 to 1.7 lacs, which is expensive for us middle-class students, but the food quality is good. Local PGs are available but are 20-25 minutes away from college.
Faculty: Since there are a high number of faculty members, they are great at sorting out hurdles, and we are glad that they are our mentors. I do not know about their exact qualifications, but knowledge-wise they are a treasure. In the course, I practiced a lot of programming and faced many challenges, then shifted and aced DBMS, networking, and many core subjects. In exams, there are two CAT exams and one FAT exam (Final Assessment Test). CAT exams are internal, held every 1.5 months, while FAT exams occur at the end of the semester only once.
Other: I addressed almost all issues in my review. Overall, the college is good in terms of fests, extracurricular activities, and the crowd from all over India. VIT fest is amazing, and many Instagram reels go viral every year.

Great career growth opportunities.
Placements: VIT has taught me and shaped me into who I am today. It was possible through the right platforms like placement cells, magazines, and so many more. Our college witnessed record-breaking placements in my course, with 95% of students getting placed in big companies like Infosys, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is remarkable. From modern classrooms to fully furnished and high-tech labs, the college provides every facility that supports academic growth. The college also focuses on the all-round development of students by providing adequate sports and other activities.
Faculty: A huge thanks to the gurus and mentors for their support and guidance. Their encouragement and faith in me led me to face challenges head-on. Their teaching always brought clarity to concepts. College exams were easy to pass because of their exceptional teaching.

Our college infrastructure is good.
Placements: In our college, almost 50% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 7 LPA to 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Nokia and Gemini Solutions are visiting our campus. The top role is offered in web development.
Infrastructure: In hostels, they provide Wi-Fi but not in classrooms. Wi-Fi is available in the library. Mess food is not good. Labs and library are very good. We can issue five books at a time. The hostel is good.
Faculty: Some teachers are very good and knowledgeable. Most teachers are only qualified but not knowledgeable. Some teachers are helpful. Semester exams are not too difficult and the pass percentage depends on the class average because of relative marking.

The college has decent placements, and the faculty members are strict.
Placements: You have to pay approximately Rs 6,000 for placements. You will get to apply for around 100 companies. You need to have a good CGPA of more than 8 CGPA and a minimum of 60% in all the subjects to attend placements. Students are eligible for placements from the third semester. Last year, the highest package offered is above 28 LPA. Almost every year, the average package is around 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The library is very big, and every book related to our course is available in the library. The classrooms are pretty spacious and have all the basic facilities. In hostels, room services are available for cleaning and maintenance. 24x7 electricity, cold and hot water are available. AC rooms are available if you want. In the mess, you get 4 meals, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Non-veg and veg food items are available at different places.
Faculty: The faculty members are well-qualified. 80% of the faculty members are south Indians, and the rest are mostly from the north. Some faculty members are very strict sometimes, so you have to be very careful. Overall, they are good. At the start of the year, dates are decided for exams, and it is followed strictly.

Good College, Good Placements, lots of opportunities if you are eager enough to get into it.
Placements: Placement of this University is always good. It's just you have to be ready enough to grab the chances and opportunities. Talking about placements, around 85% of students got placed (actually I don't know everyone and strength was around 160) in good companies. The highest package was 39lpa and the lowest was 3lpa. Basically companies comes under 3 different offers 1st is REGULAR OFFER (1-3LPA), 2nd is DREAM OFFER (4-10LPA) and the last is SUPER DREAM OFFER (above 10LPA). For MCA companies with Super Dream Offer came less than the B.Tech guys. But there are lots of companies in Dream and Regular Offer, combining all at our time of placement more than 100 companies came. Average package was in between 6 to 9lpa of our session (better check the official website of VIT). .
Infrastructure: Facilities are good for an average student. They make you to your subject you want to study with option of Teachers asa well as you can customize your time schedule. You can choose the time slot for your classes. If you are a morning person you can schedule your classes in morning slot or if you are a guy who wakes up late so evening slot are there for you. Talking about hostel they are strict, their main focus is security of the student. As students from all over INDIA join VIT. So taking care of them is their main focus.
Faculty: Every teacher is well qualified in their own field. And there are lots of teacher who are always there for students. Every semester new teacher will teach you it's not like the teacher is teaching you Java then in next semester he is teaching you Physics.
Other: I opted this course because I did BCA so MCA is good option and I want get in IT FILED. There is room for every student in every field whether it is related to study or extra curricular activities. There are always events going on in Vit.

A advanced college in india.
Placements: My batch is 2017-2019 its a 2 years course approximately 98% student are placed from this college lots of companies are visiting all years In the vit the lowest salary offer 3 Lacs per annum Highest salary was 39 Lacs from Microsoft Top recruiting company like google, microsoft, WNS, FICO many mores From Microsoft 39 Lacs package per annum 3 to 5 Lacs common package all got I don't know about this but company offers to student to the internship.
Infrastructure: My block is c block and its a new block in Chennai campus and its awesome food is very good medical is very good all facilities and cleaning is very good. Classroom are little bit heated beacuse of Chennai weather but its good fan are running okay and infrastructure is very good comparison of Bhopal campus Chennai campus is very good but for placement go the Vellore every week and they provide all the things like hostel food everything.
Faculty: Vit give you a that course which is very imp for everything like I was doing MCA and they studied me every subject and they give me very pressure and if your attendance below 75 they did not attend the final exam weather you are college owner so all the time project pressure subject pressure then time to time exam pressure and some teachers are very crusial and strict so they did not help. But some teachers are good.
Other: The best things abiut my course is I have learnt many things and subjects is very advanced so I study carefully all the things subject offered me very unique I have 8 to 9 hours spend in lab sometime to learn something.
