IPMAT 2026: Reporting Time
Candidates should reach the IPMAT exam centre at least 90 minutes before the exam. The IPMAT 2026 exam will be conducted in a single afternoon shift from 2 PM to 4 PM. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. Students will not be allowed in the exam hall 30 minutes before the exam time.
Students should keep in mind possible delays and traffic conditions to avoid hassle on the exam day.

Students should carry the following documents at IPMAT Exam centre:
- Coloured prinout of IPMAT admit card 2026
- Valid Photo ID proof
- Passport-size photograph
- Transparent Water Bottle
- Black or blue ball point pen

Candidates should follow the tips mentioned below:
- Students should not begin any new topic on the exam day or a day before the exam. Rather, they can focus on revision, checking formuals, concepts and vocabulary.
- Students should keep in mind the sectional time limit of 40 minutes.
- There is a negative marking of -1 mark for each incorrect answer. Students should not blindly answer all questions, rather use the elimination method. They should avoid guesswork
- Attempt easier questions first.
- Read the questions carefully and remain calm.
- A calm and composed mindset along with proper planning will impact the exam day performance positively.

IPMAT, is a gateway for admission to 5 year Integrated Program in Management offered at IIM Indore. IPMAT is a combination of a Bachelor degree and a Masters degree.
