JIPMAT 2026 Login for Scorecard Download

The NTA compiles the final JIPMAT results using the final answer key and declares them within 30 days of the exam. Candidates evaluate their raw scores based on a marking scheme that awards 4 marks for every correct answer and deducts 1 mark for every incorrect answer. No physical copies of the scorecard are sent by post or email. Candidates must check their results strictly in online mode by visiting the official NTA website, clicking on the 'JIPMAT 2026 Score Card' button, and entering login details.

Drawing on standard examination portal guidelines, candidates should use updated web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. The system must have a minimum screen resolution of 600 x 800 pixels and a stable internet connection. Q:   What happens if the number of applicants meeting the JIPMAT cutoff exceeds the available seats?

JIPMAT cutoff scores are considered to shortlist candidates for admission. The final admission takes multiple parameters into account, including the academic performance of the candidates, JIPMAT scores, reservation criteria, number of seats, and gender of the candidate. While preparing the list of selected candidates, JIPMAT participating Iims will follow the weightage as per the selection criteria. Candidates who have paid the EOI fees but exceed the number of available seats are kept on waitlist. If any of the selected candidates cancel their admission, waitlisted candidates are considered for admission.
Q:   Are there any sectional cutoffs in JIPMAT based admissions?
A: 
JIPMAT participating Iims will release the sectional cutoff scores to shortlist candidates for further admission process. The final admission criteria does not have a weightage for the sectional cutoff. Both IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya provide a weightage to the overall JIPMAT score, academic performance and gender of the candidate who pays the EOI fees. Those who do not meet the JIPMAT sectional cutoff scores are marked ineligible for payment of the EOI fees. Further, such candidates are not considered for evaluation under the final admission criteria.

After the results are declared, NTA sends the scores to IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. Both institutes prepare separate merit lists based on JIPMAT scores and Class 10 and 12 performance.

The NTA declares the JIPMAT results within 30 days of the exam date.

JIPMAT Login for Response Sheet and Answer Key

Following the exam, the NTA provides a login link to check the provisional answer key and the response sheet within a week. Candidates must visit nta.ac.in, click on the "JIPMAT - 2026 Answer Key Challenge" button, and log in with their application number and password or date of birth. The dashboard will show options to view responses, view challenged questions, and challenge a question.

If a test taker identifies an error in the provisional key, they can challenge the specific question ID. Raising an objection requires the payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 200 per challenged question. The objection window remains active for a period of two to three days.

Q:   Can I reappear for JIPMAT if I am not satisfied with the result? Is there any provision for the same?
A: 
No. JIPMAT is held once a year. Therefore, candidates cannot reappear for the exam. NTA will not conduct the JIPMAT exam again for any candidate under any circumstances. The JIPMAT score is valid for one year only. Candidates who are not satisfied with their performance can reappear in the next admission cycle. Besides the re-appear requests, NTA does not entertain any requests for re-evaluation or re-totalling of the answer sheet. If the candidates do not wish to skip an additional year, they can go for other BBA entrance exams, such as NPAT, IPMAT LUACMAT Lucknow University UGPET SNUSAT among others.
Q:   Which institutes consider JIPMAT cutoff for admissions?
A: 
JIPMAT exam is conducted for admission to IPM courses offered by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. Both of these JIPMAT participating institutes prepares cutoff scores for admission. Candidates meeting the cutoff criteria as per the JIPMAT participating Iims are eligible to participate in the selection process. Eligible candidates as per the JIPMAT cutoff need to fill the Expression of Interest (EoI) by paying a certain amount. Candidates providing the EOI have to further accept the admission offer by the institute. The admission offer based on JIPMAT scores will have the fee mentioned to be paid for the course.
Q:   What is the weightage given to the JIPMAT exam results in the overall selection process?

IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya has separate admission policy for IPM courses offered at the institute. IIM Jammu admission policy for IPM selection includes 95 per cent weightage for the JIPMAT scores with 5 per cent for female candidates. While IIM Bodh Gaya is expected to provide 100 per cent weightage to JIPMAT scores. IIM Bodh Gaya reserves the seats for female candidates instead of providing additional weightage in the selection process. In the previous sessions, JIPMAT participating Iims have considered Class 10 and 12 scores in the selection process along with the 60 per cent weightage for the JIPMAT scores. The IPM admission policy at IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya may or may not change with each session.
Q:   When will the JIPMAT result be declared? Can I apply for re-checking my answers, after the results?

NTA releases JIPMAT results within 30 days of the exam date. Candidates are not allowed to apply for re-checking of JIPMAT exam.

How to Create JIPMAT Login 2026?

The JIPMAT login is created when candidates first register for the exam. The application window is projected to be open in February or March for approximately 25 to 30 days. Candidates must navigate to nta.ac.in, enter their basic details, and set up a password. The JIPMAT application form submission requires candidates to provide personal details, communication information, and academic records, including Class 10 and Class 12 scores. Candidates must also upload mandatory documents like a passport-size photograph and signature. The registration process is finalized only after the payment of the application fee.
