NSO Preparation 2025: Tips, Strategy & Guide

Below are a few tips and tricks which a student can follow to score good marks in the Olympiad exam:

• Understand NSO pattern
  Students must visit the official NSO website or NSO Pattern 2024 to know the exam pattern for the corresponding class. The NSO exam broadly comprises 50 questions which are to be completed in one hour. There is no negative marking in the examination. The questions are divided into three sections- Verbal and Non-verbal Reasoning, Science, and High order thinking questions. It is advisable for the students to be thorough with the NSO exam pattern to streamline their preparations.
• Practice Sample papers
  Emphasising on this point wouldn’t be enough for any exam. Sample paper solving is a must for every student as the NSO Sample papers would help them in understanding the pattern of NSO better and students would also be able to assess their performance.

• Know the relevant books
