Established in 1997, the Netaji Subhas Open University is a UGC-approved University. The university offers courses in distance mode. It has been accredited by NAAC with an A grade and has also been recognised by DEC and the Gov. of West Bengal. Admission criteria to Vishwakarma University is merit based and is different for all UG and PG programmes.
