AP EAPCET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates appearing for the AP EAMCET 2026 exam must follow the guidelines given on the admit card by the authorities for a smooth and fair examination

  • Candidates must check all details mentioned on the AP EAMCET 2026 hall ticket, including name, date of birth, gender, category, test centre, exam date, and timing.
  • Candidates must reach the exam centre at least two hours before the reporting time to complete registration formalities without delay. The registration closes five minutes before the exam starts.
  • Carrying the AP EAPCET admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall. Candidates without the admit card will not be permitted to appear for the test.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall once the exam begins.
  • Candidates must occupy the seat allotted to them as mentioned on the hall ticket number displayed at the centre. Changing seats is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification.
  • The question paper will be available on the computer screen in English and Telugu languages only.
  • Smoking, eating, and carrying refreshments inside the examination hall are not permitted.
  • Candidates should approach the invigilator or centre superintendent in case of technical issues, emergencies, or any assistance required during the exam.
  • No student is allowed to leave the examination hall without permission from the invigilator or centre superintendent.
  • Candidates must strictly follow all instructions provided by the examination authorities.

  • The examination will begin exactly at the time mentioned on the hall ticket, and no delay will be entertained.
  • The exam lasts 3 hours and consists of 160 questions, 80 from Biology (Botany: 40 and Zoology: 40), 40 from Physics, and 40 from Chemistry.
  • Each question will have four options, out of which only one answer will be correct.
  • Rough sheets provided at the examination centre should be used for calculations and rough work. These sheets must be returned to the invigilator after the exam. Candidates should write their hall ticket number on the rough sheet.
  • Invigilators will verify hall tickets and ensure all candidates follow the examination rules.
  • Any form of malpractice or unfair means is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action under AP EAPCET 2026 regulations.
  • Candidates must sign the attendance sheet and provide their left thumb impression in the designated space.

Permitted Items for AP EAPCET 2026

Candidates are allowed to carry the following items into the examination hall

  • Transparent ballpoint pen
  • Transparent water bottle
  • Diabetic candidates may carry beverages or food items with prior approval

Prohibited Items for AP EAPCET 2026

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall

  • Printed or written materials
  • Bags or baggage items
  • Smart watches, calculators, mobile phones, or any electronic devices
  • Candidates should not carry any valuable belongings to the examination centre, as the authorities will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

AP EAMCET 2026 Exam Dress Code

There is no dress code to appear for AP EAMCET 2026. Candidates can follow this dress code.

  • Do not wear full sleeves or jackets.
  • Candidates can wear slippers or sandals and avoid shoes.
  • Avoid rings, chains, bangles, or watches.
