Process to fill MHT CET 2021 Application Form
Since the process of filling MHT CET application form 2021 is a long process, it may result in confusion for many candidates. Candidates are also advised to check the MHT CET 2021 eligibility criteria to know if they are eligible for admissions or not. The given steps can be followed by the candidates to smoothly fill and submit the application form of MHT CET 2021.
Step 1 – Registration
The first step in the MHT CET 2021 application form filling process is registration. The following steps have to be completed for successful registration:
- Go the official website of MHT CET 2021
- Click on ‘New Registration’
- Details such as name, parent’s name, contact details and more have to be entered.
- A username and password as per the guidelines have to be created.
Step 2 – Filling of Application Form
After the registration process is completed, the candidates will have to log in using their generated username and password. To fill the MHT CET 2021 application form, the candidates will have to click on ‘My Application’. Candidates will have to enter the following details:
- Personal details
- Corresponding and permanent address
- Other details – reservation, category and more
- Preferred exam centre, language and more
Step 3 – Uploading of Scanned Documents
All candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of their passport size photograph and signature. If the scanned documents do not match the format set by the authorities then it will not be accepted.

- Coloured passport size photograph – 15 KB to 50 KB, JPG
- Signature – 5 KB to 20 KB, JPG
Step 4 – Fee Payment
Next, the candidates will have to pay the required fees for MHT CET 2021. Only online mode of transaction will be acceptable. The fees paid will be non-refundable.

Step 5 – Print Application Form
In the final step, the candidates will have to print the submitted application form of MHT CET 2021. Since the print out will be required in the future, the candidates are advised to keep it safely.
Things to Remember While Filling MHT CET Application Form 2021
- The application fee must be paid successfully. If the transaction is not completed, the application form will not be accepted.
- All of the communication details should be entered correctly. Details regarding the examination will be sent to the submitted mobile number and email address.
- MHT CET 2021 exam centres should be selected wisely by the candidates.
- Since there is no correction facility of MHT CET 2021 application form, the candidates are advised to fill the form slowly and carefully.
What after MHT CET 2021 application process?
After the candidates successfully submit the MHT CET 2021 application form, they will be able to access their admit card. The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra will release the MHT CET 2021 admit card tentatively in the fourth week of April. Without the admit card, the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the entrance examination.

Q. I do not belong to the Maharashtra state. Can I still fill the form?
A. Yes. Candidates from outside Maharashtra state are allowed to fill the MHT CET 2021 application form, however for admission they will have to meet the domicile criteria.
Q. How can I make changes in my submitted application form?
A. No correction facility will be provided by the authorities. In case of a mistake, the candidates will have to cancel the submitted application form and fill a fresh one.
Q. Is the application fee for MHT CET 2021 accepted only in online mode?
A. Yes. Only online mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities.
Q. When will the application form be released?
A. The authorities are expected to release MHT CET 2021 application form tentatively in the second week of February.
Q. How can I retrieve my lost password?
A. Candidates will have to visit the registration homepage and click on ‘Forgot Password’. MHT CET 2021 application number and other required details will have to be entered and after verification, the candidate will be allowed to generate a new password.
