OMPL Recruitment 2025 through GATE – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to apply for OMPL Recruitment 2025 must meet the required Eligibility Criteria for the selection. Things an applicant must keep in mind before applying for OMPL Recruitment through GATE 2025 scores.
IIT Guwahati will conduct GATE 2026 exam on February 7, 8, 14, and 15 in two shifts. The exam timings are Forenoon - 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and afternoon - 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Branch-wise dates will be updated at gate2026.iitg.ac.in
There are two shift timings for the GATE exam. Candidates can find the details of the shift timing on the official website. The GATE shift timings are as follows -

OMPL Recruitment 2025 through GATE – How to apply
The GATE scorecard 2026 is valid for three years, which means the scorecard can be used till 2029. Candidates can download the scorecard using their enrollment ID and password. Candidates can use the scorecard for M.Tech or PhD admissions, or PSU recruitment.
The GATE 2026 exam will be conducted in more than 200 cities across eight zones in India. There are no international centres. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam must travel to India. The details regarding the test city and address will be mentioned in the GATE admit card.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, has released the GATE 2026 exam dates on the official website. Candidates can check the GATE 2026 dates below -

- A candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria shall log on to the “Join Us” page of ompl.co.in.
- Now click on the link “Recruitment of executives through GATE-2025
- Then, he/she can click the link “Registration” and fill in the details in the respective fields.
- The candidate will have to fill out the requisite information, such as the Candidate's Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Category, whether a Person with a Disability is a Departmental (OMPL) employee, Educational qualification, Email ID, Mobile Number, Communication Address, Declaration, Details of arrest/prosecution by any court, etc.
- After the above step, the candidate will be prompted to check the filled details and fill/make corrections if any, otherwise to SUBMIT his/her final data.
- The next step will be to upload the photograph and signature as per the instructions given on the website in the link. (Check the guidelines)
- The candidate has to scan and upload the relevant GATE- 2025 score card also.
- In case of failure to upload the relevant certificate/document, the candidature will not be accepted.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC-Non creamy layer/PWD/EWS) must scan and upload the relevant certificate issued by the prescribed authority.
- Finally, review all the filled information before clicking on the declaration, as no correction will be possible later.
OMPL Recruitment through GATE 2025 Scores: Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on GATE 2025 scores and then a further round of personal interviews.
- For the personal interview round, candidates must carry all the original documents (degrees and mark sheets).
- After qualifying the personal interview round, applicants must meet the required medical parameters provided by OMPL.
- The final selection will be made based on a merit list prepared based on the GATE exam scores, and personal interview.

The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, will be conducting the GATE 2026 exam. The dates are OUT now. IIT Guwahati last conducted the GATE exam in 2018. Candidates who want to apply for M.Tech or any research programmes can apply for GATE.
