Candidates who wish to apply for OMPL Recruitment 2025 must meet the required Eligibility Criteria for the selection. Things an applicant must keep in mind before applying for OMPL Recruitment through GATE 2025 scores.
The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has announced the GATE exam dates for 30 test papers. Each paper will be conducted on the dates scheduled by the organising institute. IIT Roorkee has released GATE 2025 exam dates on its official website. The GATE 2025 exam was conducted on 1,2,15 and 16 February 2025. GATE 2025 exam was conducted in multiple days and multiple shifts for all 30 papers. The GATE paper timings was Morning (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and Afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm).

OMPL Recruitment 2025 through GATE – How to apply
IIT Roorkee is conducting the GATE 2025 exam. The exam has been started. GATE 2025 exam dates are Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. GATE is organised by 8 institutes including 7 IITs and IISc Bengaluru.
Candidates can check the GATE examination centres from the GATE official website- gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The exam centres for GATE 2025 are available for eight zones. For more information, read here - https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/gate-exam-centre
This year, 11 new cities have been included in the GATE exam centers. Candidates had the facility to opt for the exam center at the time of GATE registration. The GATE 2025 exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025 in two sessions - Morning (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and Afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm). Candidates appearing for the exam can find the allotted GATE exam center in the admit card. To download the GATE 2025 hall ticket, candidates must provide their enrollment ID and password.
The allowed GATE paper combination for Instrumentation Engineering are as follows -
BM - Biomedical Engineering, EC - Electronics and Communication, EE- Electronics Engineering, ME - Mechanical Engineering, and CS - Computer Science and Information Technology.
Candidates can find the GATE examination dates on the official website—gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The important GATE dates include the application form, admit card, exam dates, result, and counselling dates. The conducting authorities also publishes all the GATE exam dates in the information brochure.
- A candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria shall log on to the “Join Us” page of ompl.co.in.
- Now click on the link “Recruitment of executives through GATE-2025
- Then, he/she can click the link “Registration” and fill in the details in the respective fields.
- The candidate will have to fill out the requisite information, such as the Candidate's Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Category, whether a Person with a Disability is a Departmental (OMPL) employee, Educational qualification, Email ID, Mobile Number, Communication Address, Declaration, Details of arrest/prosecution by any court, etc.
- After the above step, the candidate will be prompted to check the filled details and fill/make corrections if any, otherwise to SUBMIT his/her final data.
- The next step will be to upload the photograph and signature as per the instructions given on the website in the link. (Check the guidelines)
- The candidate has to scan and upload the relevant GATE- 2025 score card also.
- In case of failure to upload the relevant certificate/document, the candidature will not be accepted.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC-Non creamy layer/PWD/EWS) must scan and upload the relevant certificate issued by the prescribed authority.
- Finally, review all the filled information before clicking on the declaration, as no correction will be possible later.
OMPL Recruitment through GATE 2025 Scores: Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on GATE 2025 scores and then a further round of personal interviews.
- For the personal interview round, candidates must carry all the original documents (degrees and mark sheets).
- After qualifying the personal interview round, applicants must meet the required medical parameters provided by OMPL.
- The final selection will be made based on a merit list prepared based on the GATE exam scores, and personal interview.

The exam authority will calculate the GATE score by considering the raw marks secured by candidates in the GATE 2025 result. The raw marks, or actual marks, will be allotted to the candidates after evaluating the answers. The GATE score for the multi-session exam will be calculated by converting the raw marks into the normalised marks for that particular subject. The raw marks will be used for calculating the GATE score based on the qualifying marks. The scorecard will be available to qualified candidates only. Candidates should keep the soft copy of the GATE scorecard safe for future use. To check the GATE 2025 result, candidates need their enrollment ID/email ID, and password.
