GCET B. Pharma Cut off 2024: Check Category wise Cut off Marks

GCET cutoff will consist of the minimum marks that the candidates are required to secure in the entrance examination for higher chances of admission. While determining the cutoff of GCET, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance examination and admission.

While preparing the GCET cutoff, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance examination. Some of the important factors that will be considered while preparing the cutoff of GCET are - previous year cutoff trends, number of available seats for admission, total number of candidates applying for a particular course and college, difficulty level of the exam, etc. After checking all of the factors, the authorities will determine the category-wise GCET cutoff for admissions.

The opening and closing marks in the GCET cutoff will be the minimum and maximum scores that the candidates are advised to secure for higher admissions into their preferred college and courses. After checking various factors related to the examination, the authorities will prepare the cutoff of GCET. It is to be noted that the GCET cutoff will be different for every course, college and category that are selected by the candidates.

GCET/Goa BE seat allotment result will be declared offline. Candidates will be able to check their seat allotment result at the counselling venue. No other mode will be used to declare the seat allotment result. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability.

Yes, candidates are expected to have the option to access and submit the GCET/Goa BE admission counselling form offline. The counselling form will be available at - Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Verna,  PES Rajaram & Tarabai College of Pharmacy, Farmagudi and the Directorate of Technical Education, Porvorim. Along with the counselling form, the candidates will also be required to submit their self-attested documents. 

The authorities will use the GCET cutoff for the counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates who meet the cutoff are expected to have a higher chance of admissions into the respective college and course. By referring to the previous years' cutoff trends, the candidates can prepare for the seat allotment process. However, admissions will not be guaranteed since other factors will also be considered for seat allotment in the courses offered by the participating institutes of the state.

• Should be of Indian nationality.
• Candidates should have passed 10+2th (or equivalent) standard qualifying examination conducted by a recognised board.
• The minimum required marks should have been secured by the candidates.
