It is a good university to explore, get a wide range of exposure and prove student's hidden talents.
Placements: It provides a wide range of placements offered to students. The students interested has to register and attend classes for it. More than 200 companies visit to recruit. The placements are good for engineering BBA, B.Com, and specialisation courses. But coming to economics and general B.Sc. it does not have any specific company to recruit, but they can register and sit for placements along with BBA or B.Com. The highest salary package offered is 46 LPA for CSC department.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent with lots of laboratories, libraries, hospitals, sports, gyms, malls, and shops are available inside the campus. It has a 24X7 service of hospital and library for students. It also provides practical laboratories for all courses and departments. The best practical knowledge will be gained. The hostel is very costly, and the food served is average if students are from south.
Faculty: Teachers help clear all student's doubts, and they teach more practical applications. They help students with any requirements. The courses are designed on the current era and the demand over it exams are conducted in MCQ bases with negative markings.
Other: Economics is one of the leading courses which always benefits students in terms of job competitive exams, etc. Students will gain knowledge of questions, etc. There 100 plus organisation which keeps conducting events on regular basics, and they conduct both offline and online events.

Satisfied with the college because of its facilities and faculty.
Placements: The placement cell of Lovely Professional University is okay. Many top companies come to pick top candidates, and 25% of the students are sure to get placed. Some batches do great while others don't. It's still a growing and developing university.
Infrastructure: You'll find the best infrastructure in Lovely Professional University among all Indian universities. The campus is enormous and contains all sorts of students entertainment like malls, gym, fast food, etc., along with facilities like bank and hospital. All are maintained well and clean. Classrooms are good. Hostel and mess are okay.
Faculty: The teachers are really good and friendly with students. They are highly qualified and good at their work and effort. They constantly motivate you to do your best and you constantly have work and assignments to develop your knowledge. You will have a constant guidance from them.
Other: Lovely Professional University is a good choice for those who want to explore the world. Campus life is exciting and fun, but don't expect much about placements.

Placements: More than 90% of students are placed every year, as of now the highest salary package offered is 42 LPA, average salary package is in the range of 3 to 8 LPA. Time and again LPU has been providing opportunities to their students, nowadays more and more students are grabbing these opportunities so this makes LPU one of the best in the country, also from the very first year students are being prepared for placement drives as well that somehow gives an edge to students when it comes to placements.
Infrastructure: Students opting for B.Sc. Hons. Economics has to go through some subjects that require the usage of some basic computer programs like Excel, PowerPoint & several other programs for that we have several computer labs including mac lab as well. Students will be having access to facilities like Wi-Fi, smart classes as well a smart library. LPU in itself has a vast campus so one will never feel like going outside because all the things of need are available in the campus/hostel itself be it a dentist appointment that one has in a university hospital or some other problem that requires an ambulance, LPU hostel has got a huge mall that we call by the name of university MALL, the prices at university-MALL are quite reasonable. One feels quite secure and at ease inside LPU because LPU has got a huge number of security cameras. Most importantly central teams (quality assurance cell & vendors department) keep a regular check on the quality of products being provided. Everyone on the campus is quite friendly, kind and helpful.
Faculty: The teaching staff is quite experienced that they make hard subjects quite easy and fun to study, when it comes to faculty LPU has got the best faculty, student have to take care of only attendance & assignments, I am pretty sure if a student stays loyal to his career and pays attention to whatever is taught in class he/she won't have a problem ever in LPU when it comes to studies. The course curriculum is designed in such a manner that it focuses on overall development, skilful communication & creative thinking, So it won't be a hard nut to crack for students who aim of having 6 figure salaried jobs in the Industrial sector. Provided one attends classes honestly and does his/his assignments on time, the semester exams are quite easy otherwise it will be a problem always because once a student has failed in any subject he/she gets five chances to clear it afterwards student has to attend proper classes for that subject and do all the assignment and give the mid-term exam as well as end-term (semester exam). On average around 98% of students pass every semester exam.
Other: LPU is mostly chosen by students for its best placement records across the country, so I also considered LPU on the basis of placements only but later on, I realized I made the best possible choice because not only placements but on the individual level students are groomed in such a way that they are ready for any examination, LPU actually destroys the fear/phobia of examination. The atmosphere at LPU is quite friendly, there are fests & events in LPU every month rather than every week, students are encouraged to take part in extra-curricular activities, LPU provides scholarships as well not just one but several ( based on marks scored in LPU NEST marks scored in class 10th or class 12th ( whichever is more).

The college is good with infrastructure and a value for money.
Placements: Around 100% of students get placements in our college. The highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon and Cognizant who visit our campus to hire students. Around 60% of students get placed officially.
Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure is excellent. The course is designed as per the latest needs. Classrooms and library are very good as per the need of the students. The hostel is well-furnished with proper bed and cleanliness. It also provides air-conditioner, coolers, and water heaters in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and they are available for students 24X7. They teach them the latest news and events on daily basis. The course curriculum is average, it makes students stand without any hesitation to tackle the real problems. Exams are according to the syllabus which is moderate. To qualify for the exams students have to score 40%.
Other: I opt for this course because of my interest in it. The course shows the current market scenario of the world, country, and locality. It focuses more on the industrial used application or software as the world has gone digital. It also oragnise clubs, events, and fests for the students, so that they can enjoy. Every student can get a scholarship which has 2 criteria, based on boards results, and based on its entrance test.

Nice faculty, sound infrastructure, not so good placement for my course.
Placements: While the overall placements are good, but for our course, it was not good. During the admissions, we were told of the placement companies but the inside story was something different. The companies that come were mostly looking for the students from B.A. or B.Com or M. B.A. but no special efforts were made from our department to call for companies. So, the only thing left for us was to get off-campus placement.
Infrastructure: The classroom infrastructure is excellent. The classrooms are well-equipped with chairs, white-boards and projector for the study purpose, and air-conditioners are also there. The department blocks have free wi-fi facility along with computer labs for the students to learn software's etc. Each department block has its own library along with the university library. The libraries are well-equipped with sufficient reading material and books and students can get the books issued for 7-15 days depending on the course. The hostel facility is also good. Students can opt for single seater, double seater, three eater, four seater, dormitory, or an apartment depending on their tastes and preferences. The prices varies for each seater and also yearly. The mess facility is also optional. Those who do not wish to take mess facility can have their food from the canteen which offers more variety of food as compared to mess like dosa, sambhar vada, shakes etc. The quality of the food available in the mess is not so good while for the canteen it's good. There is university-Hospital in the campus which offers 24* 7 facility, they also have their own ambulances, which carry ill-students from anywhere in the campus to the hospital. The hospital offers free check up facility, the students only needs to pay for the medicines. The university has play grounds where it conducts sports meet, games etc.
Faculty: The course curriculum is well designed and planned. The course not only includes theoretical portion but also practical application of the concepts and also the use of various software's like SPPS etc. That make you industry ready. The teachers are well qualified having various publications. They are also very helpful, helping students in their professional as well as personal life. The teachers guide students in their research work, if they want to pursue research as their career. The teaching quality is also nice. They not only use whiteboard but also use practical and real life examples to make the concept understand to the students.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in economics. The best thing about this course is that the major portion of the Bachelor's course even covers some subject of Masters programme which provides an edge to the students. Also, students get to test their knowledge and also hands on training. Events happen regularly like there is "ONE WORLD" and "ONE INDIA", where students from all departments and courses participate collectively to represent their country or state of India. There is a lot of amazing crowd with wonderful campus surroundings. It is a very big campus with lots of things to do. Students gets to get engaged in lots of curricular activities. Students often get scholarships according to their performance in LPU NEST which is often conducted in the beginning during the admission process.
