The MH CET Law 2026 application correction for the 5-yr LLB programme closed. The facility was available at cetcell.mahacet.org. Candidates were allowed to make changes in the application form until April 9, 2026. The exam conducting body, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, provided MH CET Law 2026 application correction facility for those aspirants who registered for the MH CET Law exam.
Candidates were also allowed to complete their pending application forms and pay the application fee if it was missed. This privilege was extended to those candidates who had not been able to complete the MH CET Law application forms by March 31. New registrations were not allowed during the correction window. In the Maharashtra state, there are around 16,240 seats available for admission to the 3-year LLB course with the participating colleges.

Candidates appearing for the five-year LLB course of MH CET Law will have to attempt five sections including, Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, English, Mathematics, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, and General Knowledge and Current Affairs. Those appearing for the three-year LLB course have to attempt the same four sections except for Mathematics. MH CET Law Application Form Correction 2026: Is it Free or Chargeable?
The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, did NOT charge any fee from the candidates for the application correction. However, in case the candidate changes the category, then the difference amount will be chargeable. This means if the category selected earlier was reserved and later he/she may upgrade it to unreserved, then the difference in the application form fee will be charged at the time of the MH CET LAW application form submission window.

MH CET Law exam has five main sections. Each part carries different marks. English includes 30 questions, General Knowledge and Current Affairs 40, Legal Aptitude 40, Logical Reasoning 30, and Basic Mathematics 10 (for 5-year LLB only). Total marks 150. Every question gives one mark, no negative marking.

The registration process for the counselling started will begin online on the CET cell official website at cetcell.mahacet.org. The CAP process will be conducted for 3-year and 5-year LLB separately. The conducting body has issued certain guidelines related to the registration form correction as mentioned below:
- Submit the MH CET LAW application form carefully, as once submitted, no second chance for editing the form will be provided
- Do not send any correction requests through email, post, or mobile messages. It will not be considered. The candidate will have to make changes at the online admission portal.
