AP ICET 2026: Last-Minute Preparation Tips

Revise tricky topics and formulas: Quick revision before the exam is important. No matter how much hard work is put in for exam preparation, the result will be based on how well topics are revised. Make a list of important topics, shortcut tricks, and formulas that need to revise ahead of the exam.

Avoid learning new topics: Covering a new topic in the last hour can create confusion or lower confidence level of the candidate. Therefore, it is advised that the candidates should not pick new topics. They should rather focus on their strengths and revise topics already covered.

Solve previous year question papers: Once at least 50% of the AP ICET syllabus is covered, it will be easier to practice sectional mocks. This will help have familiarity with the exam pattern, topic-wise distribution of marks,  type of questions asked in the exam, and question paper difficulty level.

Plan exam day: Candidate must plan their activities on the examination day well in advance. From getting enough sleep to organising all necessary items for the examination, candidates should make sure everything is in place to avoid any last-minute rush on the examination day.

Stay positive: Candidate needs to enter the examination hall with a positive mind. Even if the question paper is difficult, candidates should create a strategy and should put in their best effort.
