FMGE December 2025 exam dates were out by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). According to the official exam dates, the FMGE December session exam will be conducted on January 17, 2026. Authorities will release the notification and the FMGE registration window on November 14, 2025. Along with the registration, NBEME will release the notification and all important dates of all the events. The exam conducting body will release the FMGE result 2025 on the official website at natboard.edu.in on December 4, 2025. The NBEMS will release FMGE results in a PDF format, which will have details like serial number, application ID, roll number, and total marks.

FMGE 2025 Application Form

Steps to Fill FMGE Application Form

Students need to enter their email ID and password.

After that, one needs to fill in the personal, academic, and contact details. 

After filling the details, upload the necessary documents like photo, signature, and degree certificate.

At last pay the FMGE application fees

Once the application form is submitted, applicants are advised to take a print of the FMGE application form, which can be used for future reference. 

FMGE 2025 Application Fee:

The FMGE 2025 application fee is INR 6,195. Candidates must pay the fee via net banking, debit card, or credit card.

FMGE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students who want to appear in the exam are advised to check the FMGE 2025 eligibility criteria:
Educational Eligibility:
The candidate must have completed a primary medical qualification from an institute located outside of India. Candidates who completed their undergraduate medical qualification from New Zealand or Australia, Canada, the USA, or UK are exempted from taking the FMGE for registration with MCI.
The degree must be listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools published by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Citizenship:
The applicant is to be an Indian Citizen or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
Additional Eligibility:
Candidates are to submit the proof of medical qualification in the form of relevant documents, such as a degree certificate and an eligibility certificate from MCI or NMC.
Attempts allowed:
There are no limitations on the number of attempts to take the FMGE examination.

FMGE 2025 Syllabus

The FMGE 2025 syllabus is derived from the MBBS curriculum followed in Indian medical colleges. It is divided into two sections: Pre-Clinical, Para-Clinical, and Clinical subjects.

FMGE Subject Weightage:

FMGE 2025 Exam Pattern

The FMGE 2025 examination will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode in the English language only. According to the exam pattern of the FMGE exam, a candidate needs to score at least 50% marks in the examination to qualify. The nature of questions asked in the FMGE exam will be MCQs.

Important Information About the FMGE 2025 Results: Candidates must achieve 150 out of 300 marks to pass. The scorecard will list how many marks were achieved in each section and the overall marks, and those who are successful will receive a passing certificate from NBE.
