Haryana NEET 2024 Counselling Special Stray Vacancy Round 2 result has been declared on December 3, 2024. As many as 15 candidates out of 762 applicants have been allotted MBBS and BDS seats. While five candidates have been allotted MBBS seats, 10 candidates have been allotted BDS seats.
The deposition of the provisional tuition fee is being conducted till December 5, 2024, 9 AM. The institute reporting process will be conducted on December 5, 2024, 11 AM onwards at Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. DMER Haryana announced the fifth and sixth rounds of counselling based on the number of vacant seats.
According the last year's seat matrix, there were as many as 1,870 seats for MBBS and around 100 seats for BDS that were offered to the candidates through Haryana NEET counselling for the Government colleges. As per the seat matrix released by DMER Haryana for the Haryana NEET counselling 2025, there were a total of 345 seats, including government and private institutes. DMER Haryana releases the seat matrix or the seat vacancy list separately for each round prior to the commencement of the registration process.

Documents Required for Haryana NEET 2024 Counselling Institute Reporting
The following documents are required for the Haryana NEET 2024 Counselling Institute reporting process:
- NEET 2024 Score Card
- Mark sheets of Class 10 and Class 12 Board exams
- Three passport-size recent photographs
- Character Certificate issued by Head of Institute last attended or First Class Executive Magistrate
- Resident Certificate issued by competent authority of the State Government of Haryana
- Category or Quota Certificate issued by competent authority
- Identification Card including Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration Card and Parivar Pehchan Patra
- Parivar Pehchan Patra is mandatory for candidates claiming Post Matric Scholarship Scheme (PMSS).
The requisite provisional admission fee or tuition fee has to be paid in online mode, through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking. DMER Haryana has stated, “The DMER Haryana and State Admission Committee will not be responsible for any type of transaction failure or any delay during deposition of these fees by the candidates during the counselling process.”
