NEET PG 2025 was concluded on August 3, 2025. The result was announced on august 19, 2025.

NEET PG 2025 question paper and answer key were released by NBE. Initially unofficial answer key is released by coaching institutes. Official answer key was released after SC's intervention. Earlier on August 3, 2025, NEET PG 2025 exam was held in computer-based mode from 9 am to 12 pm. Result was uploaded on August 19, 2025. NBE usually doesn't release NEET PG 2025 question paper and NEET PG 2025 answer key solution. Answer key and response sheet helps students to predict score in exam.

Q:   Do candidates need to answer every question in NEET PG?
A: 

No, candidates should answer only those questions where they feel confident about the right answer. The reason being there is a provision of negative marking in the NEET PG 2025 exam. Candidates are advised to choose not to answer rather than marking wrong option. Negative score may take a toll on overall score of a candidate. 

Q:   Will marks be deducted for unanswered questions in NEET PG?
A: 

No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions as per existing NEET PG pattern. Such questions will not be taken into account while calculating marks. Students are advised to attempt only those questions where they are confident of right answer. If there is iota of doubt of correct answer, candidates are advised to leave that question. 

Q:   Can I attempt any questions from any section in NEET PG exam?
A: 

No. As per time bound section limit, candidates will have to answer questions or exhausts time of previous section before proceeding for next section in NEET PG exam. Each section has particualar allotted time, i.e 42 minute in NEET PG exam. For an example, supppose a candidate wants to answer questions of B section, he/she can do only when he exahusts allotted 42 minute of section A.

Q:   What type of questions are asked in NEET PG?

Objective questions are asked in NEET PG exam. tpe of the question is multiple choice where one question can have multiple answers. keeping this in mind, candidates have to select best option of correct response. 

Q:   I marked two answers for a question in NEET PG. One of the answers is correct. Will I get full marks for this question?
A: 

Candidates can't  mark more than one answer as NEET PG is computer-based exam. Moreover, in the official information brochure, there is no mention of whether candidate will be deducted marks or not for marking two options. NEET PG 2026 exam pattern will be released by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam is conducted in computer-based mode. Candidates are provided total 3.5 hours to answer the question paper.

Q:   Does NBE release question paper for NEET PG?
A: 

No. Usullay NBE doesn't release the official question paper for NEET PG exam but for 2025-26 session, it released question ID and answer key. Candidates can download question Id, answer key and response sheet after login to the application page. NBE also released NEET PG 2025 scorecards on August 29, 2025. NEET PG 2025 result was announced on August 19, 2025.

How To Predict Tentative Score with NEET PG 2025 Answer Key

Candidates can predict tentative score with the help of NEET PG 2025 answer key. Score can be calculated through NEET PG 2025 marking scheme. As per the marking scheme, candidates get +4 mark for each right answer and -1 mark for each wrong answer. To know exact score, candidates will have to calculate the total number of right answers (A) and wrong answers (B). Multiple total right answer with 4. Subtract Score (B) from A to get final score.

The required rank would depend entirely on which category the student belongs to. For the General AI category, a rank of at least 147188 is needed to be eligible for admission. Candidates can refer to the table below to know the maximum rank for each available course for this category.

Yes. You can crack NEET PG through proper planning and strategies. First try to complete whole NEET PG syllabus 2 months before exam. Class notes, refrence books plays a key role in NEET PG prepration. At least two revision is must in order to get good score in NEET PG exam.
