• Candidates must Preview & final submit. Read the declaration carefully, select I Agree, and click Save & Final Submission to proceed.

• MBBS Degree Certificate/ Provisional Certificate.
• Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College. The internship must be completed by September 30.
• Class 10 Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth
• Photo ID (Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar Card).
• Category certificate (if applicable).
• PwD certificate (if any).
• NRI/OCI documents in original.
