Uttar Pradesh NEET Counselling 2025 ( UP NEET )
Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh (DGME UP) has announced seat allotment result UP NEET 2025 counselling online. The counselling result for round-3 has been uploaded at upneet.gov.in. Reporting for round-3 UP NEET 2025 counselling can be done from November 5 till November 8, 2025.
UP NEET 2025 round-3 counselling result has been announced on November 5, 2025. Result PDF has been uploaded online. Students will be able to download seat allotment result for UP NEET 2025 counselling round-3 from official website, upneet.gov.in. It must be noted, seats are allotted based on declared choices, available seats in college and course, reservation factors etc. Deadline for choice filling was October 27, 2025. Students had to register online for round-3 till October 15, 2025.

UP NEET 2025 Round-3 Counselling Allotment Result
Round-3 allotment result PDF can be downloaded with details such as application number, roll number etc. Check the process to download result:
- Visit official website, upneet.gov.in
- Click result section in UG counselling
- Enter details such as roll number, application ID, course, and captcha
- A PDF will open on screen
- Download and save the allotment result
UP NEET 2025 round-3 Reporting
Those who have been allotted seats in round-3 will have to report for document verification and complete admission formalities. Reporting process will begin on November 5, 2025. Deadline for reporting for round-3 counselling is November 8, 2025. Students have to carry original certificates and allotment letter during reporting process.
Following documents are required during UP NEET counselling:
- NEET admit card
- NEET rank card
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet
- A valid photo Id proof (Aadhaar card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Pan Card)
- Domicile Certificate of Uttar Pradesh
- Caste Certificate
- Online registration slip Receipt depicting the successful deposition of security money
No. candidates who have already registered in round-1 UP NEET counselling don't need to register again. Registration can be done on the official website, upneet.gov.in. Registration will be completed only when registration fee (both refundable and non refundable) are paid. Candidates will have to pay INR 2,000 as non refundable fee for registration.

Candidates have to pay both refundable and non refundable fees for UP NEET 2025 counselling registration. The non refundable fees for UP NEET 2025 counselling is INR 2,000. UP NEET counselling begins with registration. Candidates who qualify NEET exam have to register online and submit application form with registration fee.
