AP LAWCET Admit Card 2026: APSCHE released the AP LAWCET 2026 Admit Card on April 20, 2026 at the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Candidates can download the AP LAWCET admit card by providing details such as application/registration number and date of birth.

Candidates may need the AP LAWCET application form number or payment reference number, DOB, and qualifying exam hall ticket number to download the AP PGLCET hall ticket 2026. How to download AP LAWCET Admit Card 2026?

The AP LAWCET Admit Card 2026 has been released by the examination body, APSCHE. Follow these steps to download it: 

  • Visit the website of AP LAWCET 2026, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
  • Click on 'Download Hall Ticket', and a new page will open up for the admit card window.
  • Enter the AP LAWCET 2026 application number/mobile number, qualifying examination hall ticket number, and Date of Birth.
  • Click on the “Download Hall Ticket” button, and the admit card will appear on the screen. 
  • Check the details. If any error is found, then report it to the exam helpdesk. 
  • After this, download the admit card (even if it has errors) and get printout copies to carry on the exam day, and get it verified by the exam centre authorities.

AP LAWCET exam has sections including Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Contract Law, Constitution, etc. and the CLAT entrance exam sections include English Language, Legal Aptitude, Mathematics, etc. AP LAWCET does not have mathematics subjects, AP LAWCET exam focus more on regional knowledge. CLAT generally covers the deeper aspects of the particular subject.

AP LAWCET Exam Day Guidelines

On the exam day, candidates will have to follow these instructions. Check out the AP LAWCET exam day guidelines that candidates must know

  • The candidate shall carry into the Examination hall (i) Black/Blue Ball Point Pen (ii) Hall Ticket (iii) ID Card.
  • Listen to the instructions announced by the invigilator carefully. After login read the instructions regarding the list of symbols related to answering the online examination displayed on the screen carefully.
  • In case you detect any hardware or software problems with the computer system provided, please raise your hand and talk to the Invigilators.
  • The check-in procedure inside the Examination hall includes capturing of biometric information (your photo and left-hand thumb impression).
  • Blank papers will be provided for rough work in the examination hall. 
  • Contact the center chief Superintendent / Invigilator in the room for any technical assistance, first aid, emergency or any other information during the course of the examination if required.
  • Do not carry any study material or electronic gadgets such as mobile phones and calculators inside the test centre.

Q:   When will AP LAWCET 2026 result be declared?
A: 

The AP LAWCET 2026 result will be declared on the official APSCHE LAWCET website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET soon after the exam is concluded. The result for each candidates will be made available as a scorecard online. To pass the AP LAWCET 2026 exam, candidates from General and OBC categories will have to score 35% of the total marks i.e. 42 marks out of 120. 

There is no minimum passing marks for AP LAWCET for candidates from SC/ST category. All candidates who pass the exam will be eligible for the AP LAWCET counselling process. To participate in the counselling, they will have to fill out the counselling registration form online and then select the colleges for admission through the choice filling process.

Q:   How many marks do I need for admission to a college through AP LAWCET 2026?
A: 

There is criterion of minimum marks requirement for admission to a college through Andhra Pradesh LAWCET for candidates belonging to SC and ST categories. However, candidates of General category must score a minimum of 35% marks (42 marks out of 120 marks) to get admission to a college based on their Andhra Pradesh LAWCET scores. 

The college allotted to the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 test-taker will depend on the following factors: 

  • Marks obtained by the candidate
  • Cut off of the participating college
  • Reservation criteria

 

Q:   What are the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling dates?

The APLAWCET counselling schedule was released on the APSCHE official website. The registration for the counselling started on September 08, 2025. The seat allotment result for the Phase 1 of Andhra Pradesh LAWCET Counselling will be released on the official counselling portal. Once the phase 1 counselling is over, phase 2 counselling will be conducted for students who could not secure a seat in the first phase.
