NEET PG 2023 Round 2: Choice locking begins today; seat allotment result on Aug 28

As per the revised schedule of NEET PG Counselling 2023 round 2, the candidates can lock their choices today at the official website - mcc.nic.in. The NEET PG 2023 round 2 Choice locking to start at 3 pm today and will continue till 11:55 pm.

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is all set to start the NEET PG Counselling 2023 round 2 choice locking facility at 3 pm today. The process will continue till 11:55 pm today. 

After the NEET PG 2023 round 2 choice locking, the processing of seat allotment will be done between August 25 to August 27, 2023. The NEET PG round 2 seat allotment results 2023 will be announced by the MCC on August 28, based on factors like candidate choices and seat availability.

The selected candidates will be able to upload the documents on MCC portal by August 29, 2023, and they need to report to the allotted institutes between August 29 to September 5, 2023. Similar to NEET PG 2023 round 2 choice locking process, the choice filling will also end today by 11:55 pm.

Steps to complete NEET PG counselling 2023 choice filling

The candidates need to follow these steps to complete the choice-filling process:

• Visit the official website - mcc.nic.in.
• On the homepage, click on the NEET PG option
• Click on the registration link and enter your credentials
• Fill in the choices and then check the preference 
• Submit and download the form for future reference

NEET PG Counselling 2023 round 2 is for admissions to the MD/MS/DNB courses. MCC will conduct the counselling process for 50 per cent AIQ, Deemed/Central Universities, ESIC/AFMS institutes on the basis of National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - postgraduate (NEET PG).
