NEET PG 2025 Exam Date Postponement Rumour Dismissed; Exam to Be Held on June 15
The NEET PG 2025 exam is scheduled for June 15, 2025, and will be conducted in two shifts. Meanwhile, the PIB has clarified that rumors about the postponement of NEET PG 2025 are false, urging aspirants to rely only on official sources.
National bThe National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 on June 15, 2025 in two shifts. Recently, a NEET PG 2025 postponement fake news was circulating over the social media platform 'X', stating that the examination has been rescheduled for August 17, 2025. As a consequence, the Press Information Bureau (PIB) has warned students about the fake notice and urged them to rely only on natboard.edu.in for accurate and verified updates.
The forged notice, titled "Revised Schedule for Conduct of NEET-PG 2025," misleadingly stated, "In continuation of NBEMS notice dated 22/02/2025, the conduct of NEET-PG 2025 examination has been rescheduled. The NEET-PG 2025 shall now be conducted on 17/08/2025. The cut-off date for the purpose of eligibility will continue to be 15th August 2025."
Refuting this, PIB Fact Check clarified that the NBEMS has not issued any such information, and no notification concerning NEET PG 2025 postponement has been officially issued. The bureau further mentioned that students must not be influenced by any such fabricated notice and only rely on the official website.
NEET PG 2025 Registration Soon
NBE will begin the NEET PG registration 2025 soon. Students who are eligible to appear for the entrance examination are suggested to keep their registration documents ready as the NEET PG 2025 brochure and notification can be made available anytime shortly.
As nearly two months remain for the entrance examination, the authorities are expected to release the application form soon at natboard.edu.in. Students can visit the official website to get 2025 latest news and updates.
