The National Testing Agency(NTA) will release the NEET PG information bulletin on nta.ac.in. The NEET PG information bulletin will notify the eligibility conditions, age limit. dates for registration, application, and correction. The NTA will conduct the NEET PG 2026 exam in August 2026. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post-Graduation will be conducted online as a Computer-Based Test(CBT). The candidates are suggested to read and understand all the information given in the information bulletin so that they fill the NEET PG application form correctly.

The candidates should note that the NEET PG dates will be released before the information bulletin. The notification will also mention the tentative NEET PG admit card release dates. The exam is conducted at the national level and facilitates admission to various MD (Doctor of Medicine)/ MS (Master in Surgery) and PG Diploma courses across India.

The NTA will release the NEET PG 2026 information bulletin PDF to notify all the details about the exam. The candidates are suggested to download the NEET PG notification and get all the details about the exam. The NEET PG exam will be conducted online as a Computer-Based Test(CBT). The exam conducting agency will release the NEET PG 2026 dates before the information bulletin. Last year, NBE initially decided to conduct the exam in two shifts but changed it at the last moment.

NEET PG Educational Qualification Required

The candidate must have passed the MBBS degree from an institute recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI). They can also have a Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate at the time of admission.

Internship Cutoff Date for NEET PG 2026

The candidates must have completed the compulsory rotatory internship of 1 year on or before July 31, 2026.

Registration Certificate

The candidates applying for the NEET PG exam must also possess a valid Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any State Medical Council (SMC).

Application fee and other details is released by NBE. The fee remains the same as it was last year. In 2024, the application fee was reduced by INR 750 for each category. Q: How many sections comprise NEET PG syllabus?

NEET PG syllabus mainly comprises three sections, Pre Clinical, Para clinical, and Clinical. Each section comprises different subjects which have to be prepared well to qualify NEET PG exam. The pre clinical subjects include anatomy, physiology and biochemistry. To cover para clinical section, candidates have to prepare subjects such as pharmacology, microbiology, pathology, forensic medicine, social and preventive medicine. Clinical part comprises subjects such as medicine, dermatology and venereology surgery, orthopaedics and anaesthesia, radiodiagnosis, obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics, and ophthalmology ENT.
