RRB Group D 2025 exam dates were announced on September 8, 2025. The exam dates were announced in PDF form and comprises the important events related to the exam. What is RRB Railway Recruitment?
The national transporter, Indian Railways, is the biggest recruiter in the country. Every year Indian Railways announces lakhs of jobs for graduates, Class 12 and matric pass candidates. Against the vacancies, the Railways receive crores of application forms. The recruitment of the railways is handled by the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) and Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs). RRBs are mandated with the responsibility of conducting recruitment to all Group C (Technical and Non-Technical) posts. RRCs are given the responsibility of conducting exams for Group D recruitment. RRB Group D notification 2025 was released by the Railway Recruitment Boards. The notification was released in PDF form and comprises the details related to the exam. The selection process of RRB Group D comprises Computer Based Test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST), Document Verification and Medical Exam. CCAAs trained in railway establishment are given due weightage of marks obtained in NCVT for preparation of the final merit list. They are also exempted from PET/PST.

RRB NTPC CBT 1 Admit Card for graduate posts was issued from June 1, 2025. The admit card is released on the region-wise official websites of RRBs. To download the admit card, candidates are required to enter user ID and password. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates by post. Prior to the release of admit card, the city intimation slip is released. RRB NTPC admit card is an important document without which candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam. RRB NTPC admit card comprises details such as the candidate's name, roll number, registration number, date of birth, login ID, password, exam day guidelines, scanned photograph and signature, etc. Candidates are advised to retain their admit cards till the completion of the recruitment process.

The salary structure of an Indian Railway Group-D staff is as follows: 1. The pay scale ranges between INR 5200 to INR 20200 2. The basic pay is INR 18,000. 3. The grade pay that Group D is entitled to is INR 1800. 4. They also receive House Rent Allowance, which varies by city and can range from 8% to 24%. 5.
