AIIMS MSc Nursing Result 2026: Check Over All & Category Rank List

As mentioned above the AIIMS MSc nursing result 2024 will be published on the official website of AIIMS once declared, hence, candidates have to visit the official website of AIIMS and have to log in using the user ID and password to check their results. Candidates have to follow various steps to check their results:

• Candidates have to visit the official website of AIIMS, aiimsexams.org
• Candidates have to look out in the ‘Important Announcement’ box on the right-hand side of the screen and search for ‘AIIMS MSc Nursing Result 2024’
• The candidates will be redirected to the result page, to check their results they have to search their roll number by pressing CTRL+F.

Candidates can also download their individual scorecards by following the steps below:

• Visiting the official candidate login page, msccourses.aiimsexams.org/
• Candidates have to enter their registration ID, RUC (Registration Unique Code), password, and the captcha
• The individual online scorecard of the candidate will be available and can be downloaded.

After the announcement of the AIIMS MSc nursing result, a list of shortlisted candidates will be made available on the official website. The AIIMS, New Delhi, will not send any separate letter of appeal to candidates by post.

AIIMS MSc Nursing 2024 Counselling/Seat Allocation process will be conducted via online mode. AIIMS will notify you about the time schedule for choice filling, rules & procedures to be followed for the Online Counselling/Seat Allocation process in due course of time on its official website.

If in case the actual number of seats is not filled by the candidates called for the first round of Counselling/Seat Allocation, the other qualified candidates may be called in for subsequent rounds of Counselling/Seat Allocation. As many as eight times the actual number of seats advertised in each category will be invited for the first round of Counselling/Seat Allocation using the online mode.  

AIIMS MSc Nursing 2024 result is based on the merit list and the individual scorecard of the candidate has the marks obtained by him/her in the national level entrance exam. The marking scheme has been used to mark the score of the candidates. For every correct answer, one mark was awarded and for every incorrect answer, -1/3 mark will be deducted. No marks will be deducted for the unattempted questions. The addition of the total mark was considered as the final obtained marks by the candidate.

Then, on the basis of the marks scored, the merit list was prepared by calculating the percentile. The percentile is calculated by a formula, which is 100 multiplied by the number of candidates with scores equal or less than the candidate and divided by the total number of candidates who appeared.

Percentile scores are a comparison sort of scores to reflect a candidate’s performance with respect to other candidates. Percentile scores are not a measure of the marks obtained by a candidate.

When two or more candidates secure equal marks in the entrance exam, then as per the rules framed by the conducting body AIIMS, a decision will be taken as under:

• Candidates obtaining fewer negative marks at the entrance examination
• Preference to candidates older in age
