
The Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) shared the exam pattern of the CMI entrance exam 2025 for undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses in the information brochure after the release of the online application form. The CMI entrance exam 2025 was held in a pen-and-paper-based test mode on May 2025.
In the examination, for all the courses offered, Part A consists of objective questions that have to be answered directly on the computer. An answer booklet had provided to write your answers on paper for the remaining parts mentioned in the CMI Entrance Exam Syllabus 2025.
Candidates appearing for the CMI entrance exam must check the exam pattern details, including type of questions, sectional weightage, subjects, marking scheme and other details. The exam pattern of the CMI entrance exam 2025 was indefinite and varies for each subject. NOTE: Students with exceptionally good performance in the National Olympiads in Mathematics, Physics and Informatics are exempted from writing the BSc entrance examination.
