Delhi University placement process is conducted through Centralized Placement Cell and Department Placement Cell, which varies from college to college. Other than this, the placement period at DU is between August and December. However, it may vary from college and department.

The highest package offered at Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi is approximately INR 80 LPA (80 Lacs per annum). The average package is not less than INR 85,000 per month in Delhi and can go up to INR 1 Lacs or INR 2 Lakhs per month after an undergraduate degree. Further, the placement rate recorded during Maulana Azad Medical College PG 2-year and PG 3-year placements in 2022 was 100 percent.

Candidates wanting to pursue BTech from DU must meet the prescribed eligibility and selection requirements. The university accept valid scores of JEE Main and CUET for selection purposes. Selection shall be done based on merit in these entrance examinations. The aspirants shall stay updated with DU admission schedule and the accepted exam dates.

From the year 2023, admission to University of Delhi shall be based on a joint university entrance examination known as UBET for all UG and PG programmes. Delhi University has started taking admissions to UG courses through CUET from the previous year,  therefore PG admissions were based on the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET).  CUET will be mandatory in all doctoral programmes of Delhi University from 2023 to 24.For the recruitment of UG students, a score from CUET will be taken into account in terms of admission to PG studies. Yes, BSc is available at Jesus and Mary College. The specialisation of BSc provided at the college is BSc (Hons) in Mathematics. The duration of the course is three years. The BSc graduates of the college get awarded with a degree from the University of Delhi (DU) as JMC is affiliated with the university. Admission to the course is based on the scores of CUET UG and the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) counselling of DU.

No, Delhi University offers admission to the BSc programmes at its colleges based on CUET score only. There is no provision for direct admissions. Hence, aspirants must take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The national-level exam is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). It is conducted in different phases. Eligible students can apply on NTA website to take the test. Students seeking admission to DU colleges should select DU college plus preferred course at the time of registration. 

After CUET result declaration, aspirants are required to register on DU CSAS portal. The course and college allotment process is done based on the preferences submitted by the students during the form filling. After final selections, students can pay the admission fee to confirm admission.

The 2025 placement data is out for Miranda House. However, for JMC it is yet to be released. According to the official brochure, the highest package offered during Miranda House placements 2025 stood at INR 19 LPA. The highest salary grabbed by Jesus and Mary College students in 2024 stood at INR 23.05 LPA. Other than this, the highest package offered during Gargi College placements 2024 stood at INR 23.05 LPA as well.
