DTU is a good alternative if you are not getting any IIT.
Placements: The placement here is amazing with more than 80 percent of the batch getting placed each year. The average package is around 17 to 18 LPA and the highest package offered is 85 LPA. All the major companies recruit from our college such as Google, Amazon, Brain, Flipkart, and many more. There are many tech and non tech jobs offered to students in my course, such as SDE or consultant.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are big and are fully air conditioned. The Wi-Fi in the library works well and the labs are very well maintained, having all the required equipment. The library has more than 1 lakh books and many forums and research papers in it. The hostels are of two types, non AC and AC. The AC ones are actually costlier 72,000 for 10 months but the facilities are good and the non AC cost different depending on the number of roommates.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified and they genuinely help students in their studies research and placement. The course curriculum is not relevant for some courses but the placement opportunities are still good as they allow them to sit in all the companies. The semester exams are moderately difficult, just because we have given JEE before it does not seem that tough to us. You can score well by preparing for a week or two before the exams. You have to score 35/100 to pass the exam.

A good option if you are not getting an IIT (specially for tech branches)
Placements: The placement is decent. If you have more than 9 CGPA and the required skills, you can also get good tech placements. Almost all the big companies visit the campus for placement, and internships are also decent. Last time, the highest internship is 2 LPA and the average is about 65,000. If you have skills, the college offers many opportunities for you.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is top-class, and hostels are also decent. Network connections in the college are very good, especially in the library, which is open all night during semester exams. The canteen and cafes are very good, including Raj Soin Hall, Dosa Plaza, Nescafe, Raydee, Amul, and many more.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, especially in the Physics department. Some lab technicians might seem rude, but they do not interfere with practicals and vivas. Teachers are well-qualified and have high knowledge. The course might be outdated, but the faculty is good. Semester exams are not very difficult, but you need to study at least 1–2 weeks before exams to get a good CGPA.
Other: Events and fests in this college are very good. You get to enjoy a lot during fests and events at DTU.

Good experience with decent academics, placements, and good campus life.
Placements: Approximately 75%-80% of students from DTU's Engineering Physics branch got employed at well-known companies. Top recruiters include Google, Microsoft, Amazon, ZS Associates, Deloitte, and TCS Digital. The highest package offered is around 32 LPA while the average package is between 8 LPA-10 LPA, and the lowest is around 4 LPA. Some of the students also obtained international placements and research-based roles. Roughly 85% of the batch were offered internships by DRDO, ISRO, and a few other startups in the analytics and software industry. Usual positions are data analyst, software developer, research intern, and ML engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities of the engineering physics department at DTU are very good. Classrooms are large and equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi, and the labs are clean with the necessary equipment for practical classes. The library is well-furnished with academic and reference books and is also available to students. Hostels are good with Wi-Fi, maintenance, and 24/7 security. The mess food is decent but clean. DTU sports infrastructure is excellent with basketball, football, cricket pitches, and a gym. On-campus medical facilities include a health center for essential requirements.
Faculty: The engineering physics faculty at DTU is well-qualified and informed. A few members of the faculty are highly helpful and accessible, particularly for students with research interests. The course structure is theoretically solid and gives a good grounding in physics. Semester exams are surely tough you have to start studying before a couple of weeks. According to new guidelines now you have to score passing marks in theoretical exams, for example in Math mid-sem is out of 25, and end sem out of 50 now, you should have a total of 26 marks (mid + end) to pass.

The journey of success will come from nature, consistency.
Placements: The placements at Delhi Technological University for the engineering and physics branch are very good, but most students will pursue master's programs after they complete their bachelor's in engineering Physics. Therefore, the placements are quite low compared to other branches at Delhi Technological University.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure in Delhi Technological is quite good as it takes the 168 acres of land in North Rohini. The utilization of the land is the much better in these years, one new academic block was created for students studying in CSE, it related branches.
Faculty: Course curriculum for B.Tech program is designed for a credit-based system. Each core fundamentals subject, like mathematics, Physics, and electrical, carries 4 credits, and their value-added courses carry 2 credits for one semester. Faculty members are supportive and helpful towards pursuing what the students want from themselves, and they deliver in a very helpful manner.
Other: Engineering Physics is taken as a B.Tech program because it's my choice to opt for this program. I like how the Physics involved in nature things and activities is simpler.

Good infrastructure and facilities. Placements and cultural fest are good.
Placements: In my course, there is around 70% placement, with the highest package being 40 LPA and the average package being 13 LPA. For placements, all the big tech companies, such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Amazon. Core companies related to our branch also visit, and many non-tech companies come as well, including BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and many more.
Infrastructure: Our campus has Wi-Fi and a three-floor library with a wide range of books, including novels, course-related material, and resources for competitive exams. Additionally, our classrooms are well-maintained and fully air-conditioned. Hostels are also very good, and the mess serves delicious food.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent and very helpful. We have two exams in one semester, a mid-semester exam and an end-semester exam. There are two semesters in one academic year. The mid-semester exam is worth 25 marks for subjects that do not have a lab component and 20 marks for subjects that have a lab component.
Other: Our college's cultural festival is called Engifest, which is held once a year and is the largest cultural fest in North India. It is a 3-day event. This year, Day 1 features Lost Stories and Depender Pal Singh, Day 2 has Jasmine Sandlas, and Day 3 has Sonu Nigam and Revetor.

Placements: Placements stats in DTPU are very good . Nearly 85% of students get placed in DTPU from various branches. The highest package varies from branch to branch, like in CSE, the highest package goes upto 80 lakhs or even higher, and my branch ep highest package was 38 lakhs approximately per annum. The average package remains around 12 lakh per annum, and the lowest goes around 4-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Sprinkler, etc. One can get placed in tech, non-tech, and core jobs in their branch.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure at DTP is very awesome, especially the new hostels and new buildings which are truly worth seeing . The library accommodates a numerous amount of books as per every subject interest in academics . DTP also provides Wi-Fi in the whole campus. Hostel life is also very amazing in DTP and not very costly . Mess food in DTP is also very decent and hygienic. DTP also arranges fests for sports arenas where students of different branches play altogether and compete with each other.
Faculty: Faculty in my branch is worth appreciation. They are highly knowledgeable and understandable. A few teachers are just amazing, while some do lack the ability to interact with students. The curriculum in the college is also amazing and is the pathway to making us good engineers. Semester exams are not that difficult, but some subjects can be really tough, like basic electrical , fluid mechanics, etc.
Other: Well, for a better campus and college life, one can join a DTU and never regret it. Good placements and interaction with seniors also make this journey great. Plus, the fest culture in a DTU is also amazing . Engifest of our college is one of the biggest cultural fests in north India.

DTU campus life review by me
Placements: DTU placements were good until 2022, but after 2022, due to the recession, there has been some decrease in placement records. However, it is still better than average colleges. If you are skilled, then you're guaranteed to be placed. At DTU, companies that come provide opportunities for all branches. Internships are also good. The average package is 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: DTU has world-class infrastructure with good hygiene and instruments that make students comfortable. It can be compared with NITs. There are many different labs for experiments. ROI is so good from the perspective of campus life.
Faculty: The faculties are well-qualified, and some professors are also from IITs and NITs. Some are friendly and helpful with any type of doubts. They teach all concepts in depth. They also make question papers similar to IIT-level questions. Learning is done practically as well. All courses are good, but it depends on how you prepare for them.
Other: Seniors of this college are very friendly and guide their juniors. The girls-to-boys ratio is very low. Many scholarships are also provided for different categories of students.

I am really satisfied with my college.
Placements: In my branch, 70-80 percent of people are placed. Those who are left didn't want placements because they want to go for higher studies. My college provides decent placements even during recession times. In my branch, the lowest package offered was 7 lakhs, and the highest package was 27 lakhs, while the average was 12 lakhs. Most people go into the tech field and apply to top MNCs. Getting an internship is tough but not impossible; it depends on how hard you work.
Infrastructure: We have a beautiful building for engineering physics, good laboratories, and everything is nice. You can watch the whole college from the top of the building. First-year hostels are messy and dirty, but from the second year onwards, your hostel will be changed, and they are decent. The mess is decent, and everything is fine.
Faculty: Teachers are good and knowledgeable. It depends on which faculty you get; some teachers are strict while others are funny. 75% attendance is not strict in the first year, but from the second year onwards, it is strict. The course curriculum is relevant, and they make you industry-ready. Teachers teach a lot of things that are really useful. First-year exams are common for every branch, and it is suggested to score good marks in them, as the difficulty of exams increases as you progress through the years. CGPA is very crucial in the end for placements, as companies shortlist people based on CGPA only.
Other: I chose this course because I am a general category student who got 95 percentile in JEE Mains. I generally have an interest in the tech field, and I am learning on my own to get there. Because the college is good, I am expecting that it will provide me decent opportunities in tech companies. My course is also good, and people are enjoying learning physics here with a lot of experiments. My college is very well known for the events it organizes due to its location. Lots of celebrities come here, like Shreya Ghoshal, Talwinder, and many more. Engifest is the main event, which is organized in February. Apart from these, my college has great infrastructure that provides peace in all aspects.
