Seat Reservation Policy:
There are vertical and horizontal reservations at the university. Candidates applying for admission in reserved seats have to provide valid documents. Candidates seeking admission must check out the course-specific eligibility requirements. The HNBGU course admission is a multi-step process, including online registration, shortlisting of students, release of merit list, seat allotment, document submission, and admission fee payment. Eligible students can fill out the admission form through the university's official website. Application forms must be submitted on or before the due date. The step-by-step process for HNBGU BTech application form filling is as follows:

Step 1.2: Find the link to the registration portal.
Step 1.3: Fill out all the details and upload important documents.

In the next step, the applications are shortlisted based on the CUET scores. The CUET 2025 Application Form can be filled out via the NTA official website. The HNB Garhwal University BTech admission is through the CUET exam. The University releases the merit list for admission to BTech for CUET-UG-qualified candidates. In addition, JEE Main scores are also accepted if the seats are left vacant after admission through CUET. HNBGU BTech seat allotment is carried out through a counselling round for BTech (lateral) and directly based on CUET/JEE Main scores.
