It is renowned for academic excellence & research.
Placements: 80% of students got placed in this course. 25 LPA is the highest package. TATA. 70% of students will get internships every year in fascinating companies. Every year, in Sastra, Metallurgy roles in industrial purposes will get more jobs according to their interests in their prospective roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good enough for my course. Inside the campus, Wi-Fi is available everywhere, and inside the hostel and labs are also good. For the hostel food, it is okay, but mostly I used to eat outside during the week. The hostel rooms are too good.
Faculty: Teachers are very good on this campus, friendly with the students, and their teaching quality is excellent for any branch, not only for mechanical. The exams are not as tough as you might think, but they will be difficult if you don’t study anything before the exams.
Other: I opted for this course because I got this course through my 12th marks, and I also have quite an interest in this course. Don't focus on butterflies; focus on goals. Events will not happen on all occasions, but in the even semester, we will have the Kurusastra fest, which will happen in 3 days and 4 nights.

It is a better route for the future.
Placements: 57% of students are placed in our course. Our course has an average package of 5LPA, with the highest package being 12LPA and the lowest package being 3LPA. Our top recruiting companies are TVS and Motorola. TVS is the top most recruiting company in our course.
Infrastructure: Our lab consists of machine tools like lathes, CNCs, and many more. It is equipped with high performance powered machines where you can work on things that are useful for u to learn and get a handle on experiential learning with it. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. The library is good enough with 20000 books.
Faculty: Most of the lecturers are Ph.D. graduates and are also enrolled in projects based on automated mechanisms of machines. This course is relevant. We also have practical work to do, either for studying for college exams or for industrial visits. Quite hard as compared to others.

You can get the Kumbakonam branch of sastra with your score. It's very hard for you to get a seat at the main campus of Sastra.

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. You will get a nit or good college if you belong to a SC, ST category. Please try JOSAA app on play store, and use it's college cut-off and college predictions.
