Our college is very good for placements and studies.

Placements: Placements are good in our college for other departments. But as we are from Biotechnology, there are fewer opportunities in the core. The top companies for our department are Amura Healthcare, AstraZeneca, and Zifo. There are also other IT companies that do recruitments like Cognizant, Wipro, Microsoft, and Amazon. The highest package of our college is 44 LPA. The lowest is 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: In our college, the staff are very good. The infrastructure of the college is nice. They provide Wi-Fi for us in the college and hostel. Our college provides various facilities for joining clubs like sports, music, dance, and photography.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. If we have any doubts regarding subjects. They clear the doubts. Most faculty members in our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They have completed Master's. The pass percentage for our college is 70%.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in the biological field. I also want to improve my technical skills. They conduct flashmobs and arrange other celebrations.

My satisfaction rate is 4.5. Teachers are friendly and have connection with students.

Placements: There is a 100% placement rate at this college. The lowest package is 5 LPA in biotechnology. The highest salary last year was 10 LPA. We can work as analysts and other R and D scientists. College offers internships in foreign countries like Singapore, Taiwan, especially Taiwan because there is a branch. If you study well teachers help you. You will get a lot of future scope so many seniors I know, joined this college. This college has around 70% of Telugu speaking students. The average package is 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: There is a Wi-Fi router for every hostel room with fast Wi-Fi. Labs are clean with a vibe that has all the equipment we need for biotechnology course. The library has so many books for reference that will help so many students residing here. The food is very good. Canteen is also available. There is a decent gym for students who maintain their physical health. Classrooms of biotechnology are good. There is a swimming pool too.

Faculty: Every lecturer has done Ph.D. in their respective subjects to give the children top-notch education. The main part is that teachers are very friendly which is missing in a lot of other colleges. The lecturers explain our doubts without hesitation and tell us what's best for our future based on their research. The curriculum they specially made for us helps every student to pass by focusing on everyone and not favouring only the top students. Semester exams are easy to moderate, if you study well, especially. They prepare the students for interviews andthe industries.

Other: Students can connect easily. There will be a lot of Telugu speaking students who are very friendly. I chose this course because I am interested in lab work. Fests are medium here.

Vel Tech University Review.

Placements: 5% of students were placed in my course. Top recruiting companies like Zifo and Thermofisher were brought up by the placements. The digital engineering intern and marketing field were the roles given up by the companies. The highest package was 4 lacs per annum and the lowest package was 2 lacs per annum. The average package was 2.5–3.5 lacs per annum. 50% of the students got internships from my course at companies like Immugenix, Biocon, and others.

Infrastructure: The facilities in the department were very poor, like no Wi-Fi connection, no water facilities and a bathroom was recently built for our department. Road facilities are very bad, like no bus facilities for day scholars, no proper road, no light in the street to walk in the evening for girls, and no safety provision from the college to the main road. When I want to describe the hostel quality, it is very poor. There are no strict rules in the boys hostel; there are no strict rules for boys. They can take drinking or cigarettes inside the hostel; no one will ask from the college. The quality of food provided to the students is very poor, and the items used to cook the food are very low-cost items, which puts the student's health in a very bad situation. Moreover, the milk used for tea or coffee is from milk power and not from proper milk pockets, which puts their health in very bad condition, but the cost paid to college by the parents is very high.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, which helps the students understand the topic as much as possible. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum is very relevant to the subjects they study. Yes, this curriculum will help them in their industry as much as possible and will be useful in the future. Semester exams are related to the topics they study and a pdf for each lesson is provided by staff for easy reference. And the pass percentage is 35 percent.

Other: As I am more interested in biology when compared to other subjects and wrote NEET exams for doctors, but I didn't get it due to caste issues, I took this course to find out more about the research field. If the facilities in each department need to be clarified, rather than building a lot of blocks in the college and bringing practical knowledge to students, then theory in all subjects will be useful. Events, festivals, campus crowds, and extracurricular activities are good in the college conducted monthly once to be enjoyed by the students a lot. The campus surroundings are good but scholarships are very low compared to the structure given .

Our college provided good placements in 2021.

Placements: Over 70% of students get placed in our department. The highest salary package offered is around 9 LPA. Top recruiters are companies like The Gene Box and Muse Diagnostics. Most students prefer to go for higher studies, and many of them get jobs in biotech companies. Roles offered are microbiologist and assistant scientist.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in classrooms. Classrooms have projectors and well-maintained boards. Labs have very high-tech equipment. In the library, we have Wi-Fi and a digital library. Gyms, laundry service, and everything else is available in the hostel. The canteen is open 24X7.

Faculty: Some teachers are highly qualified, and some are assistant professors. The course curriculum is a little bit boring. There are many industrial visits to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy if you know the basics of all subjects. The pass percentage is around 70% to 80%.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in it and I want to make my courier through this course. The number of staff members should be increased. There are many fests, and they are very interesting. You can participate in all of them.

Good facilities but way less freedom.

Placements: About 70% of the students who aim for placements were placed. The highest package that the university ever received is 45lpa from amazon. For the biotechnology department, the highest package is around 6.5 LPA. Almost all students got internships since it is a part of our curriculum. Clinical research is one of such top roles in biotechnology industry.

Infrastructure: Our department consists of advanced and expensive equipments that carries out the analytical process. The department also has a personal library and very good wi-fi facilities. The hostels are okish but the quality of food is quite impeccable. There is a gym and space for sports like volleyball, high-jump, cricket, etc.

Faculty: All the faculty members are highly knowledgeable in their respective domains and received their Ph.D. S. The course curriculum is well balanced that focuses on various skill sets that are required in this field. The semester exams are quite easy and about 85% of students pass their semesters.

Other: In current scenario, the chances of getting placed is growing slimmer so the competition is very high. It is favourable if you have strong skills in coding. The campus life is below average since the university is isolated from nearby landmarks and the freedom is limited. Events and fests are lavish but short lasting.

Good teaching and good infrastructure of college.

Placements: 40 percent of students have been placed and the highest package is 11 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA. The companies are accenture, hcl, infosys, tcs etc. The top offered courses are web developed software engineer developed etc. And so on like many facilitate optioms.

Infrastructure: Good lab facilities are available in the college anf free Wi-Fi also has been infraded and the library facilities are good enough the quality of food is better and medical facilities are good and sports and games also good canteen ins too good in the college.

Faculty: The teachers are highly knowledgeable and they are highly qualified the teaching quality is very good. The students to the industries are ready. The semester exams are good enough and the pass percentage is 70 to 89%research and development and other courses.

Other: Because I want to become a researcher.

Good college with good infrastructure.

Placements: 60% of students are placed in good companies. The highest package is 4.2 LPA. I am not sure about the lowest package. The companies that recruit for our course are Zifo, TCS, Accenture, etc. Many students get internships in companies like Aavin, Avigen, etc. Top roles offered for our course are bioinformatician, researcher, drug developer, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good. We have good classrooms, Wi-Fi connection, and a big library. I am a day scholar, so I do not know much about the hostel, but I have heard from some hostellers that sometimes the mess food is not good. There are medical facilities and proper sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is good. It makes the students industry-ready. They have separate placement classes to prepare students for the industry. The semester exams are sometimes tough. The pass percentage is 75%.

Other: The course is recommended by my father, so I joined it. The course is good. I hope there is improvement in the events and fests conducted by my college.
