Overview

UGAT result 2026 has been released today. Candidates who appeared for the exam on June 14 can check their UGAT 2026 result using their login details, i.e. Roll Number and UGAT application form The UGAT scorecard includes the candidate’s name, sectional as well as composite score and overall percentile. Admission to Integrated MBA, BBABCA, BHM and other UG courses will be based on the cut offs determined by participating institutes. To check and download UGAT 2026 result follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Visit the official website of AIMA UGAT 2026
  • Click on quick links option
  • Select UGAT 2026 result option
  • Enter the roll number, and form number and click on submit
  • The scorecard will appear on the screen
  • Download the UGAT scorecard 2026 and take a printout

What After UGAT 2026 Result?

After the declaration of the UGAT 2026 result, UGAT participating institutes will release their separate cut-off lists. Candidates can apply for admission to the participating institutes based on their UGAT score. For UGAT admissions, students have to participate in the counselling process at the participating institutes. The UGAT counselling process started in the first week of July 2026. Students have to be physically present during the UGAT selection process rounds failing which seat will be allocated to other candidates. The following documents are required at the time of UGAT counselling:

  • Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet of the qualifying examination
  • School Leaving/ Transfer Certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • Admit Card of UGAT 2026
  • Category Certificate 
  • Income certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC

Q:   What is the mode of UGAT counselling?
A: 

The UGAT counselling is conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates who have qualified for UGAT exam must register themselves online through the official website. However, the Personal Interview WAT/GD and document verification round under the counselling process is held offline at the designated helpline centres. Candidates who meet the UGAT cutoff, need to visit the centre for document verification as per their rank and other selection rounds such as PI and WAT. The seat allotment process is also conducted online based on the merit, category, and choices filled by the candidate during the registration process. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website. The entire UGAT counselling process except the PI WATand document verification round is conducted in online mode.

Q:   Will I get admission on the basis of UGAT results directly?
A: 

No, after the UGAT exam is cleared, candidates will have to go through for further selection procedure conducted by the participating institutes. The UGAT scores are accepted various colleges and universities. Candidates need to meet the cutoff criteria of the participating institutes to take admissions. The admission process includes Written Ability Test (What), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI). Other factors such as academic record, work experience, etc. are also considered for admission to various institutes which accept UGAT scores. UGAT score is only the first parameter on which the candidates are shortlisted for admission. The institutes first shortlist the candidates for WAT, GD and PI on the basis of their UGAT scores, marks obtained in Class 12. For the final selection, the institutes take UGAT scores, performance in GD/PI, What, Class 12 marks, work experience, academic diversity and gender diversity are taken into consideration.

  • Applicants should have 50% at least in Class 12
  • There is no age bar
  • Applicant from any stream can give UGAT

Maths is not mandatory to have but it is important in UGAT preparation as the question in Numerical and Data Analysis section are based on maths concepts.

AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test is conducted once a year. The exam is conducted for admission to undergraduate courses such as Integrated MBA, BBA, BCA and BHM and other courses by the All India Management Association. 

Students can apply only once.
