IIT Bhubaneswar is at its best.
Placements: For IIT, placements are just numbers every year. At least 85% of the students got placed across the country with good or somewhat decent salary packages. Roles offered were an engineer or analyst in research-based organisation or PSUs. IIT Bhubaneswar also provides internship programmes for final-year students. Other details like the highest and lowest packages are available on the college website.
Infrastructure: IIT Bhubaneswar has the 3rd largest campus of all IITs. All sorts of facilities are available like Wi-Fi, labs, computers, sports, projectors which are of good quality. The canteen is good but needs to be improved. This the only thing the college has to work on. Hostel rooms and washrooms are well-equipped and up to the mark.
Faculty: Teachers in all IITs are well-qualified and knowledgeable, which is required for the institute. They are highly skilled. Majority of the course curriculum is useful, but it needs to be improved, and it should include subjects like data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Other: All the fests and events are organised well, which are an inter-IIT sports meet, cultural-fest, tech fest etc. IIT Bhubaneswar has different teams for different types of events, and the events are very well-organised and dedicated.

Satisfactory experience because of the facilities and faculty.
Placements: Placements for the previous batches were good with companies like IOCL, ISRO, DRDO recruiting students of the institute. The highest salary offered was around 39 LPA while the average salary was around 11 LPA. Besides this, the institute also provides platform to the students to get internship offers through an efficient placement cell.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good and is constantly being upgraded. New department buildings are in construction phase and the labs are equipped with modern instruments. Besides this, library with a huge collection of books not only on Science and technology but also on other fields are available. A medical facility is also present.
Faculty: The faculty in the college is highly learned with a lot of experience in the teaching as well as industrial field. They are highly qualified and holds Ph.D. from IISC, IITs or prestigious foreign universities. Faculty members conducts interactive classes and are dedicated. The course curriculum is well designed and constantly modified according to industry needs.

This is a very good college.
Placements: The college has provided 100% placements in 2017, 2016 and 2015. Core companies visit the campus for placements. The placement cell is also aimed at the placements of each and every student. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA by TCS, and the students are offered roles in the research and development domain.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is still developing. However, the academic building is available here, and classes are going on normally. Some other hostels are almost completed, and they will start functioning from July. Gymkhana is the best here. The college has been constructing separate courts and grounds for different sports.
Faculty: Faculty members are all from top IITs and, and they are highly experienced. They provide good knowledge for all the students. They are very helpful and give practical exposure to students. All the laboratories are well functioned with the help of our staff and faculty members. The course is according to students' needs.

Completely satisfied because of the coordination and helping nature of faculty members.
Placements: Placements in the college are good. A reason for these good placements is it is one of the finest educational institutions in India. Many companies are preferring IIT and NIT students as they can get the finest students throughout India. Placements in the core companies are good. However, students are even interested in starting their own startup.
Infrastructure: All the equipment needed for technical growth or any research work is available here. Also, Wi-Fi and hostels facilities are good. As the college is new, some work is still going on, and within 3-4 years, everything will be good here. The view of this beautiful campus is mind-blowing during nights.
Faculty: Teachers in the college are very much helpful, and they are highly qualified in their own technical fields. The quality of teaching is good. Teaching methods are not that good as they lack experience. Only the qualification is not enough to teach and deliver well.
Other: The scholarship provided for M.Tech and PhD students is good. Fests are also conducted since these fests are quite common in any reputed educational institute.

I am satisfied with the facilities provided by the college. Placements are also good.
Placements: Currently, I am in the 1st year, and so none of the students of our batch has got placed. However, all our seniors are placed in private companies. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. Companies like Wipro, LNTC, etc., visited the campus for placements. I am not aware of the roles offered to students.
Infrastructure: The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled including hostels. The speed of Wi-Fi is very good. Labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games are also very good. Quality of food served in the canteen is good. Hostel rooms are equipped with a single bed, almirah, chair and table. I am not facing any issues regarding the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: Teachers in the college are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and coordinate with students. The quality of teaching is very good. We did not get industry exposure. The course curriculum is very important to us. The syllabus is designed by faculty members, and it is very good.
Other: Recently, Amla fest was conducted on the campus on 13th June. Some events or activities are always organised in the college.
