IIT Jodhpur Admission 2025: Cutoff, Fees, Eligibility & Selection

For BTech, as per the JoSAA R6 2022 cutoff for general category students, the closing rank for popular courses like CSE was 2430, and 3257 for AI and data science. The cutoff for Bioengineering went till 14,933. In comparison to 2021, the rank for the CSE course went from 2897 to 2430 in 2022. IIT JAM 2022 closing rank in the Fourth Admission List for MSc Physics specialisation at IIT Jodhpur stood at 600. Candidates shall bring originals and copies of all the necessary academic certificates, JEE  scorecards, address proof, ID Proof , passport-size photographs, etc.

The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the General category under All India, opening rank was 11548 and closing rank was 13138. The Cutoffs are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 19626 and 21250. Admission to BTech in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering in IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For 2022, cut off was 3257 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 6475 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

IITs or Indian Institute of Technology are world-wide recognised as premier institutions of India. The institutes are recognised for offering world-class education. Candidates with a proven academic record based on a cut-off of the GATE, CSIR or UGC scorecard or equivalent are eligible to apply for PhD at IIT Jodhpur. The institute shortlist students based on their score in the entrance examination. Shortlisted students need to appear for the personal interview round. Candidates further must hold the relevant documents as a proof of eligibility.

The last year 2022, cutoff ranks for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology other than General category were - 1179 for OBC, 652 for SC, 354 for ST, 366 for EWS and 138 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

The admission procedure for MBA and Tech-MBA different at IIT Jodhpur is same. Candidates must pass graduation in Engineering field to apply for admission.
