As per the NIT Meghalaya M.Tech cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for M.Tech ranged between 356 and 424, among which CSE was the most competitive specialisation. Yes, NIT Meghalaya offers MSc as a postgraduate programme for two years. The programme is offered across three specialisations which include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates willing to be admission in MSc must have a bachelor’s degree with 60% aggregate in Chemistry as an Honours/Major. Additionally, candidates are required to qualify the IIT Jam exam and apply for the CCMN counseling. If candidates fail to secure a seat via the CCMN they can always go for the institution-based entrance exam conducted especially for the vacant seats left after the CCMN counselling process.
Admission to NIT Meghalaya BTech programme is entirely based on JEE Main exam. Based on the JEE Main exams score candidates are provided admission to BTech programme in NIT Meghalaya. Also candidates have to eligible for the BTech course with twelve years of school education with PCM/ PBM with minimum of 75 % aggregate and ofcourse a valid score in JEE Main exam.

You can get CSE in GFTI as per the JoSSA counselling cutoff last year. You cannot get any branch, like CSE, ECE in NIT at this rank.
