Steps to Check UCEED 2026 Result

Follow the steps given below to check your result.

• Click on the UCEED 2026 result link 
• You will be redirected to a log-in window 
• Enter your registered email ID and password
• Click on the “Login” button
• On successful log-in, the results will be visible on the screen

UCEED 2026 log-in window will look like this: 

In case two or more candidates secure the same marks in the exam, a tie-break policy is used for awarding UCEED 2026 ranks to candidates, as mentioned below:

1. A higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Part B.
2. If the criterion given in (1) does not break the tie, a higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Section 2 of Part-A.
3. If criteria (1) and (2) do not break the tie, a higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Section 1 of Part-A.
4. If there is a tie even after this, the candidates will be assigned the same rank.

Candidates must note that securing a rank in the UCEED exam does not guarantee admission to the BDes course. Aspirants who make it to the UCEED merit list need to participate in a joint seat allocation process/counseling.

The UCEED 2026 result and scorecard will contain the following information:

• Name
• Roll number
• Part A marks will be displayed for all candidates
• Part B, Total Score, and Merit Rank (s) will be displayed only for candidates who have qualified UCEED 2026 exam.
• Category-wise qualifying marks

Note: The Part-B answer booklet will not be evaluated unless the candidate has been shortlisted. To get shortlisted, the candidate needs to secure the minimum prescribed marks in UCEED 2026 Part A.

The UCEED 2026 rank list is prepared based on the total marks (Part-A marks and Part-B marks combined) secured by candidates in the exam. All shortlisted candidates will get a common merit rank (All India Rank). All shortlisted candidates are considered qualified candidates in UCEED 2026.

It may be noted that only candidates who score the minimum prescribed marks in each section of the exam and minimum total marks will be included in the UCEED 2026 rank list. The minimum marks that candidates belonging to different categories had to score overall and in each section of the exam are mentioned in the table below:

Note: The UCEED Committee reserves the right to decrease the minimum % of marks in each section as well as the minimum total marks such that 10×N ranks can be announced, where N is the total number of available seats.

The statistics for the UCEED 2026 exam will be released soon after the exam results are declared. It will contain details like the number of registered, appeared, and qualified candidates in the UCEED 2026 exam.

The UCEED scorecard 2026 is expected to be available for download from the first week of March 2026 to the second week of June 2026, on the official website. It is valid for one year from the date of release.

• The scorecard of UCEED 2026 will include the Part A marks for all candidates.
• The Part B answer sheet will be evaluated only if the candidate meets the Part A cut-off and is shortlisted. Consequently, the scorecard will not include Part B marks for candidates who fail to qualify Part A
• UCEED 2026 marks and merit ranks will be released only for shortlisted candidates. 
• The UCEED 2026 merit rank will be considered for seat allotment.

After the declaration of the UCEED 2026 result, seat allotment will start. The UCEED 2026 counseling application form for admission to B.Des courses is expected to be open from the second week of March 2026. Candidates who qualify UCEED 2026 exam need to get registered and enter their choice of institutes in order of priority. 

The seat allotment was conducted in five rounds. To make seat allotments, the committee will consider:

1. The UCEED 2026 merit rank of the candidate
2. The institute selected at the time of choice filling and their order of priority.
