UCEED Topper 2025

The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay for admission to Bachelor of Design (BDes) programs across various IITs and participating institutes. UCEED evaluates a candidate’s design aptitude, including visual perception ability, creativity, logical reasoning, drawing skills, and communication skills.

The UCEED 2025 topper list will be announced shortly after the result declaration on March 07, 2025. Once the official rank list is released, the names and scores of the top-performing candidates will be available on the official UCEED website (uceed.iitb.ac.in).

Next Steps After UCEED 2025 Result Declaration

With the UCEED 2025 results declared, qualified candidates must take the following steps to proceed with UCEED 2025 admissions and counseling:

1. Download the Scorecard: The UCEED 2025 scorecard will be available for download from March 10, 2025, to June 11, 2025, on the official website uceed.iitb.ac.in. . Hard copies of the UCEED Score Card will not be available. 
2. Check the Rank List: All shortlisted candidates will get a common merit rank (All India Rank) and will be considered as qualified candidates in UCEED 2025. Obtaining a rank in UCEED 2025 does NOT guarantee admission to the B. Des programme. 
3. Submit the BDes Application: Candidates who qualify for UCEED 2025 can apply for the BDes programme from March 14 to March 31, 2025. The application form will be processed by the UCEED office at IIT Bombay.
4. Prepare Required Documents: Ensure digital copies of necessary documents are ready, including: UCEED 2025 Scorecard, Class XII (or equivalent) Mark Sheet, Recent passport-sized photograph, Signature, EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST Certificate (if applicable), PwD Certificate (if applicable), OCI/PIO Card (if applicable)
5. Participate in Seat Allotment: Seat allotment will take place in five rounds.
6. Seat Acceptance Fee: Once a seat is allotted, candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee: ₹60,000 for GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates and ₹15,000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates
7. Final Admission: After the seat allotment rounds, candidates will receive their final admission offer from the respective institute they applied to.

UCEED 2025 Rank List

All shortlisted candidates will get a rank. All shortlisted candidates are considered qualified candidates in UCEED 2025. The UCEED 2025 rank list will be prepared based on the combined marks obtained in Part-A and Part-B of the examination. In case of a tie, the following tie-break policy will be applied:

1. Higher marks in Part-B will be given preference.
2. If the tie persists, higher marks in Section 2 of Part-A will be considered.
3. If the tie still exists, higher marks in Section 1 of Part-A will determine the rank.
4. If there’s still a tie, candidates will be assigned the same rank.

All shortlisted candidates will be assigned a Common Merit Rank (CMR).

UCEED Result 2025

The UCEED Results 2025 were declared today, March 7, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam on January 19, 2025, can access their results by logging into the official UCEED 2025 website using their registered email ID and password.

Steps to Download UCEED 2025 Result:

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the UCEED 2025 official website
2. Click on the Result Link: Look for the "UCEED 2025 Result" link on the homepage and click on it.
3. Login to Candidate Portal: Enter your registered email ID and password to access your candidate portal.
4. View Your Result: Once logged in, click on the "Download Result" or "View Scorecard" option.
5. Download Result: Your UCEED 2025 result will appear on the screen. Click on the "Download" button and save the PDF for future reference.
6. Print a Copy: It’s recommended to take a printout of the result, as it will be required during the admission and counselling process.

UCEED 2025 Scorecard

The UCEED Scorecard 2025 is available for download from March 10, 2025, to June 11, 2025. The scorecard will be accessible only through the official UCEED website. Hard copies of the UCEED 2025 Scorecard will NOT be sent via post or email. The UCEED 2025 Scorecard is valid only for one academic year, i.e., 2025-2026.

UCEED Counselling 2025

UCEED 2025 Counselling is conducted through a joint seat allocation process managed by IIT Bombay. Candidates who qualify in the UCEED 2025 exam must fill out the common application form for the B.Des programme at the participating institutes. The seat allocation process will be conducted in five rounds, based on the All India Rank (AIR) and institute preferences. Selected candidates will receive provisional allotment letters via their registered email.
