What is DigiLocker Login in GATE 2027

DigiLocker account is an online wallet required to store official digital certificates and documents, such as Aadhaar card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Marksheets, etc. Provided by the Government of India, it enables for keeping your files safe in the cloud. For GATE 2027, DigiLocker is a mandatory digital verification tool that allows Indian applicants to link their verified DigiLocker account while filling GATE application form 2027. At the time of registration, it will automatically fetch your official personal data like name, date of birth, photo ID, etc. for a smooth registration process. 

NOTE: Implementing DigiLocker in GATE 2027 skips the registration process. The details will be fetched directly from the DigiLocker login and enrolment ID and password will be generated. Candidates will then have to log in to GOAPS portal and complete the remaining process below.

How to retrieve security pin for DigiLocker GATE 2027 Login

If you have forgotten the security pin in DigiLocker, then follow the steps provided below:

• Go to official website of DigiLocker
• Enter mobile number and click on "Forgot Security Pin"
• Enter date of birth and provide OTP sent to registered mobile number
• Create a new security pin of six digits (avoid sequence based series) and update
• Once done you will be redirected to the login page
