HPCET 2023 admit card will be released online by the Himachal Pradesh Technical University. Registered candidates will be able to download HPCET admit card 2023 after providing their application number online. Details regarding the allotted HPCET exam centre, date, timings and more will be present on the admit card. Only those candidates who completed the HPCET 2023 registration process, paid the fees and met the eligibility criteria will be able to download the admit card. Since HPCET admit card is an important document, the candidates are advised to print it out and keep it safely for future use. In case of any mistakes in the HPCET 2023 admit card, the candidates are requested to contact the official authorities.   • Candidates have to visit the official website
  • HPCET 2023 application number has to be provided by the candidates.
  • HPCET admit card 2023 will appear on the screen.
  • Check all the details like name, roll number, examination date, centre and time etc. mentioned over it carefully.
  • Download it if all the details are correct, otherwise, immediately contact the COE of the university.
  • Take a printout of the admit card on an A4 size sheet.

HPCET 2023 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates must follow the below instructions on the exam day. Have a look at the information below:

  • All the candidates must carry their admit cards as it is mandatory. In the absence of admit card, the candidate will not be allowed to give the exam.
  • They must carry one valid ID proof with them in order to confirm their identity.
  • They must have one recently clicked photograph with them.
  • Every candidate appearing for the exam must reach the examination centre at least 45 minutes before.
  • Electronic devices or any other device is not allowed inside the examination hall.
  • Candidates must keep their smartphones outside the exam hall.
  • They must give the test at the allotted seat only.

A. There is no mandate related to the colour scheme of the HPCET 2023 admit card. Candidates can take either black and white or coloured printouts of the admit card.

Q. What if one or more personal information is wrong in the HPCET 2023 admit card?

A. In case of wrong information in the admit card, candidates have to immediately contact the HPCET secretariat or contact the HPCET helpdesk.

Q. What if I do not get the exam mode, language or test city is not of my preference?

A. In such a scenario, candidates may request the authorities to re-allot as per his/her choice. However, the final decision will be taken by the exam authorities.

Q. Along with the HPCET Admit Card, what are the other documents that I need to carry to the test centre?

A. Along with the HPCET 2023 admit card, candidates need to carry at least one photo identity card proof along with them.
