Q:   What is the division of questions in the HPCET paper?
A: 

HPCET question paper will have three sections, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. Each subject will have two sections i.e., Section A will have 20 questions while Section B will have 40 questions. In Section A, all 20 questions have to be compulsorily attempted, while 30 questions have to be attempted from Section B. 

Q:   Will HPCET be held online?
A: 

No. HPCET will be held offline i.e., as a pen-and-paper-based test. Candidates will have to report to their allotted centre and attempt the examination in offline mode. HPCET consists of multiple-choice questions that have to be attempted in 3 hours 15 minutes. All of the answers have to be marked in OMR sheets. The entrance examination will not be held in any other mode. 

Q:   What are the tips to create a personalized timetable for HPCET?
A: 

While preparing the timetable for HPCET, students should divide official syllabus and topics so that they cover everything before exam. Mock tests and revision should also be included in timetable.

Q:   Is HPCET syllabus important for the preparation process?
A: 

HPCET syllabus is important for preparation. If candidates are familiar with syllabus, it is easier to create a study plan. Through syllabus, candidates can prepare timetable to divide topics to study. Candidates should check syllabus carefully to prepare upcoming entrance examination.
