What minimum marks are required for qualifying KEAM?

To qualify in the KEAM Engineering Entrance Examination and thereby become eligible to get in the Engineering rank list, a candidate has to score a minimum of 10 marks each in Paper I and Paper II of the Engineering Entrance Examination. The candidates who do not score the minimum stipulated marks will not find a place in the rank list. Exemption: For SC/ST candidates there is no requirement of minimum marks in the Engineering Entrance Examination. KEAM 2026 Result: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) will release the KEAM result 2026 at cee.kerala.gov.in on or before May 10. CEE will first release the KEAM 2026 scores of the candidates. Thereafter, CEE will ask the candidates who qualify the exam to submit the plus two marks. The KEAM 2026 engineering rank list will then be published by giving 50:50 weightage to KEAM scores and plus two marks. The KEAM rank list will be out on or before June 20, 2026.

Since the KEAM exam is conducted in multiple sessions, the CEE will normalise the scores. The marks after normalisation is set at 300.
