KEAM Allotment 2025: CEE has released the KEAM 2025 phase 3 provisional allotment. The KEAM 2025 phase 3 allotment list PDF is provided below on this page. The candidates who will be allotted a seat in any round of the KEAM counselling process 2025 will have to pay the fees to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the Allotment Memo either through online payment or at the Head Post Office across the state. Q:   When will the authority open the KEAM login window to verify class 12 marks?
A: 

CEE will start the facility to submit class 12 marks after the KEAM 2026 result is announced. This facility will be available only to those candidates who will qualify the KEAM 2026 exam.

The KEAM rank list is prepared based on the marks of the qualifying exam and KEAM scores. The weightage of the qualifying exam marks and KEAM marks varies for rank lists PDF for Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharma, MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BSMS / BUMS / Agriculture / Forestry / Veterinary / Co-operation & Banking / Climate Change & Environmental Science/ B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU) / Fisheries and B.A. MS Equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the score obtained in the Entrance Examination for Engineering, and the grade/marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together, after effecting the standardisation procedure.

Using the link ‘Forgot Password’ in online application, you can reset your KEAM password. Application number, DOB, Security Question and answer of it should be provided for resetting the password.

How to Check KEAM 2025 Allotment?

Candidates can refer to the steps below to check the KEAM allotment 2025:

The KEAM 2025 seat allotment list is made available as a PDF file. Hence, there is no need to log in to the candidate portal to access the allotment list. 

  • To check your name in the KEAM allotment list, open the allotment list PDF.
  • The PDF will have details like - application number, ranks, college & course allotted and the seat type.
  • To find your allotment in the list, press 'Ctrl+F' on the keyboard and enter your application number in the search bar.
  • Once you enter your KEAM application number in the search bar, your application number on the PDF will be highlighted, and you can check your rank, college & course allotted, and the seat type beside your application number.

Q:   What is the timing for KEAM exam?
A: 

KEAM 2026 exam time is from 2 pm to 5 pm. The exam will be held for 3 hours in computer based test mode.

Q:   What will happen if my computer at the KEAM exam centre malfunctions during the exam?
A: 

In case the computer/mouse allotted to any candidate malfunctions anytime during the KEAM CBT, they will be immediately allotted another computer system and the time lost due to this will be adjusted in the server so as to give the candidate the full allotted time. Use of keyboard during the exam is strictly not allowed in KEAM exam. Wherever use of keyboard is needed, a virtual keyboard appearing on the computer screen can be used.

Q:   Are rough sheets provided at KEAM exam centre?
A: 

Yes. You will get additional paper for rough in the KEAM examination hall. You must write your Roll Number and Name at the top of the paper and put your signature. This sheet should be returned to the Invigilator at the end of the exam.

After KEAM Allotment

After the KEAM 2025 allotment result is out, the candidates who are allotted a seat have to download the allotment memo from their respective logins at the KEAM website.

Thereafter, the fee prescribed in the KEAM counselling 2025 seat allotment memo will have to be remitted by the candidate through online payment or at the Head Post Office across the state. Candidates who fail to pay the fees on or before the prescribed date will lose their allotment as well as all the existing options in the stream to which the allotment belongs. The options once lost will not be available in the next phase.

KEAM 2025 Allotment Confirmation

Candidates who have valid options and who are willing to participate in the second allotment/subsequent allotment have to log in to his/her Option Registration Page and confirm their options by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available on their Option Registration Page. Candidates can delete their unwanted options or alter the priority of existing options only after the online option confirmation. 

  • If a candidate does not confirm the higher order options by clicking the ’Confirm’ button available on their Option Registration Page, their higher order options belonging to the course(s) included in that phase will not be available in subsequent phases either. 
  • If a candidate is satisfied with an allotment and does not want to be considered against their remaining options, they will have the facility to cancel all the remaining options. He/she may cancel options in a particular stream alone. They may also cancel specific options among the remaining options as per his/her desire. The candidate will also have the facility to alter the priority of the remaining options. However, the candidate will not be permitted to register any fresh options to the existing ones.
