SSC Application Form 2025, Registration: Fill OTR Form, Apply Online @ssc.gov.in

The Staff Selection Commission activated the SSC CGL 2025 online application link with the release of official notification at ssc.gov.in. The candidates are advised to read and understand the eligibility conditions and the important dates mentioned in the official SSC CGL notification 2025. The candidates will be required to check their eligibility and fill out the SSC CGL online applications on the official website - ssc.gov.in.

The last date to apply online for the SSC CGL 2025 was July 4, 2025. The SSC CGL 2025 application correction facility was available till July 11, 2025.

The SSC GD apply online 2026 link will be released along with the notification in November 2025. Candidates will be given over 30 days to fill out the application form. The last date to apply online for the SSC GD Constable 2026 exam will be in December 2025.

Candidates do not need to upload scanned images of their photographs on the SSC CHSL application form. The new application module on the website- ssc.gov.in captures live photos of candidates. For capturing SSC CHSL live photo, candidates need to have a webcam on a computer/ laptop or an Android device for capturing live photo. Candidates need to fulfill the following requirements for live photo.

• Find a place with good light and plain background.
• Camera should be at eye level.
• Position yourself directly in front of the camera and look straight.
• Do not wear a cap, mask, glasses or spectacles.

However, candidates need to upload the scanned image of their signature on the form.

The CGL online applications were started on June 9, 2025. The candidates must read the SSC notification to apply online for the exam.

1. Visit at ssc.gov.in.
2. Login with the OTR credentials.
3. Fill the CGL 2025 application form on ssc.gov.in.
4. Pay the application fee (as mentioned in the notification).
5. Submit the SSC CGL online application form.

The last date for the SSC CGL applications was July 4.

Candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree can apply for the SSC CGL exam. The Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for the exam. The candidates who are in the last year of their graduation can apply for the exam under the 'result awaited category' but they need to acquire their graduation degree before the last date of application which is considered as the cutoff date. There is no bar of minimum percentage in the Graduation exam. Candidates with any percentage can apply for the SSC CGL exam. The Commission provides a level playing field to all the candidates.

No, the SSC CGL application fee, once paid is non-refundable. The fee once paid cannot be refunded at any point in time. The Commission mentioned that the application fee will not be refunded even when the candidates withdraw their applications. The Commission does not refund the application fee under any condition. There is no provision provided for the refund of application fee. Such facility was provided by UPSC earlier under the application withdrawal scheme.

Candidates need to undertake the one-time registration (OTR) on the SSC new website- ssc.gov.in before filling out the online application form for the SSC CHSL exam. Have a look at the SSC CHSL OTR process below:

• If you are a new user, click on ‘Register Now’.
• Undertake the one-time registration (OTR) by filling in the following details- Personal details,  Contact details and address,  Password creation & Declaration
• Submit and save the SSC registration number.

The SSC CHSL application fee 2025 is different for reserved and unreserved category candidates. General category candidates need to pay INR 100 as the application fee for the exam. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories and women candidates of all categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

The Commission activated the SSC MTS Havaldar 2024 apply online link with the release of official notification. The SSC MTS 2024 Notification was released on June 27, 2024. The last date to apply for the exam is August 3 now. The SSC MTS 2024 application correction dates as mentioned in the official notification are August 16 and 17. The candidates can see here the steps to apply online for the SSC MTS exam: Once successfully registered, candidates were re-directed to the SSC MTS application window. Thereafter, candidates could follow the below-mentioned steps to fill the SSC MTS application form:

• Click on the Apply button
• Fill in all details asked in the application form such as:

Educational Qualification	Three preferences for exam centre
Category	-

• Click on the declaration at the end of the page
• Verify all the details provided in the online form
• Click on the Submit button

The Commission activated the SSC MTS 2024 apply online link with the release of official notification. The last date to apply for the SSC MTS 2024 exam was extended by the Commission and the last date to apply online for the SSC MTS 2024 is August 3 now. The Staff Selection Commission will also provide the facility for SSC MTS 2024 application correction on August 16 and 17.

The Staff Selection Commission also increased the SSC MTS vacancies from 8,326 to 9,593 vacancies. The SSC MTS 2024 exam is expected to be conducted in October/November 2024.

The SSC MTS Havaldar application correction facility 2024 will be available on August 16 and 17. The candidates will be required to submit the application correction fee to avail this facility. The candidates will be required to submit the application correction fee of INR 250 for the first time editing. For second editing, the candidates will be required to submit the fee of INR 500 for secodn editing. The second editing will be considered as final. The Commission will considered the finally submitted application only.

The SSC MTS 2024 will be condicted in October/November 2024.

Candidates must be Class 10 pass from a recognised Board/ University to apply for the SSC GD Constable exam. Candidates who are appearing for Class 10 exams cannot take part in the Constable GD recruitment exam.

The SSC GD application fee is different for reserved and unreserved category candidates. General category candidates need to pay INR 100 as the application fee for the SSC GD Constable exam. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories and women candidates of all categories are exempted from paying the SSC GD application fee.

Candidates can correct their mistakes or make changes to the SSC GD form during the application correction window. Check below the process to undertake the SSC GD form correction facility:

• Visit the official website- ssc.gov.in
• Log in using the registration number and password.
• Go to ‘Re-Apply’ link under the SSC GD Constable recruitment box.
• Make the necessary changes.
• Submit the application form.
• Pay the SSC GD form correction charges.

SSC CPO application fee is INR 100 for General and OBC candidates. All female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribe, Persons with benchmark Disabilities (Divyangjans) and ExServicemen candidates eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee. After filling the online application form, candidates can pay the fees online only through net banking, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards. Earlier, candidates could pay their application fees through challan. However, the process of fee payment through challan has been discontinued by SSC. The application fees once paid by candidates will not be refunded. After fee payment, candidates should take the printout of the fee transaction receipt.

 

SSC CPO application form needs to be filled online. The size of the photograph should be more than 4kb and less than 12 kb. The size of the signature must be more trhan 1 kb and less than 12 kb. 

Registration is mandatory for applying to SSC CPO exam. Candidates need to complete one-time registration. After generation of the registration ID, candidates can fill the application form. The application fee can be paid online only.
