Q:   How many questions are asked in SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam?
A: 
In Tier 1 of the SSC CHSL exam, a total of 100 questions are asked. As per the official notification, the SSC CHSL Tier 1 is divided into four sections- English Language, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness. Each section contains 25 MCQs of 2 marks each. Therefore, each section is of 50 marks.
Q:   How many questions are there in each section of the SSC MTS exam?
A: 

The Staff Selection Commission changed the SSC MTS Tier 1 exam pattern and introduced partial negative markings in the SSC MTS Tier 1 exam. The Commission also changed the number of questions asked in the exam. The Commission divided the paper into two parts and fixed a separate timeline for each session. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is different from Tier 2 exam. The SSC CGL exam pattern can fully explain the difference. The candidates should note that the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam consists of four sections:

In the SSC GD Constable exam, a total of 80 questions are asked. Each question carries two marks and there is negative marking.

There are no such repetitive questions in the SSC GD Constable exam. However, the topics and types are generally the same almost every year. The Commission makes changes in the difficulty level of the same topics asked in the exam. Moreover, the Commission may give more weight to one topic this year and another topic next year.
